this place is terrible, the owner treats everyone like trash even the poor high school kids that are there only customers, owners ruin this place don’t come here ever go to the one in cerritos 10/10 better

They didn't explain to me that not everything comes with vegetables. The last time I went to another and ordered it. I come there because I want vegetables for when I left and go where I was going. I realized that they didn't give me what I wanted.They didn't explain that not everything comes with vegetables. Last time I went to a different one and ordered it. Service is mediocre. Cashier is slow and unapologetic for any inconvenience. Bowls are bigger in the pic, not worth the price. What really got to me is that they always run out of white rice, not just tonight. How do you run out of ingredients with such a small menu? They are so stingy with the condiments and steak is very overcooked. Chicken was ok, same with the dumplings. Dumpling sauce is very good. That's why 1 star. 0 stars for service, preparation, price, and portion

Less meat is served compared to other branches we go to. They literally weigh the meat BUT with the rice already in the bowl. It is run by husband and wife franchise owners, bought a bottled lemonade, I ask for a beverage cup, they want to charge me for the cup - - not right. They don't give a friendly vibe. The place is dead silent- ambience is not nice. I thought it would change after my previous review. Little did I know, it has even gotten worse. Definitely my last visit

Friendly service, food was ok I think over priced for the little bowl that you get, to much rice and some chicken, I try sweet and spicy Chicken, not spicy at all, flavor is like buffalo sauce not so happy with that, I'm going to try something different and I hope is better. 4 stars because the service was good and clean

Best Waba grill in OC! Dan is the man! I tried the beef bowl and it was delicious! Will definitely be back!
Decent place but really the reason it got 2 starts was because of the hours. They chose super early compared to the other waba grills near by. I'm sure it has to do with like being franchised or something but common change the hours. Stay open at least for one more hour.

$11 was not worth a bowl. If I got the $5 bowl I would've gotten the same amount. Very disappointed. Though it was good. Also I asked for sauce on the side instead and they still put sauce on it. Worker said the lady put sauce on it and I said it was fine but the manager/owner who prepared the bowl should've either remade it or add a bit extra/made it the right portion size to make up for it.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered in the app in advance, got there 12 minutes later and was told it would be "a few more minutes". 20 minutes later the cashier looks inside a warmer box and discovers my food was ready and sitting there the entire time. Unbelievable.
