Came here at 7am. Music is too loud, unable to hear anything people speak. The air conditioner is ice cold at 7am when the temperature outside is 47. No plastic containers for ketchup, no spoons, no sugar.

Wendy's and most fast food isn't even worth it anymore. Every time I eat here I buy a bunch of "value" items or specials all taste mediocre and are usually very small. I spend quite a bit of money 15-20 bucks and always feel underwhelmed. This is the state of fast food in California. Save your money get better food at a locally owned place. The state has ruined these places for the value consumer. Plus size the coke soda dispenser is good.

So I was just in there tonight, and I was served by what I was told was the manager Kimmy, and she was extremely unpleasant ,rude ,and unthoughtful ,bad customer service to say the least. Let me start off, I ordered a 6-piece small chicken nugget meal,15 minutes went by ...I still haven't received my order, so I go up to her and I said where's my order ????She goes what's your name? I said my name and she goes OHHH?? I said never mind just refund my money I'm going to Jack In The Box next door, she said okay. So I did I went to Jack In The Box and had a great experience there, then I went back to Wendy's to ask who was the manager on duty ,and she said it was her, Kimmy and I go oh okay thank you. So this is what you get from the managers on duty from Wendy's you get orders that are forgotten ,people that don't care ,bad customer service !! I would have given this a zero if I could have, I will never be back again. Poor management, poor customer service, starting with Kimmy

The plastic cup large will slip right out of your hand. This is a trick cup. It actually started slipping out of my hand because it causes moisture on the outside of the plastic and I hurt myself hitting myself on my clipboard trying to catch the cup slipping out of my hand be careful the big cup is very dangerous with soda in it it will slip right out of your hand

Employees were fantastic. I ordered a meal and got distracted. The food was cold, and the workers offered to replace the item. I declined because it’s my fault it’s cold.
As I sat down, they approached me with fresh food regardless and I gratefully accepted.
They didn’t have to do this but it’s the gestures that mean everything.

"Price and participation may vary" on the specials. The TV advertised $5 Biggie Bag was $7 at this place.
App wouldn't accept credit card info so we had to ring at register. Girl was nice enough. But then after we ate and we went to use our free frosty key tag, different girl said it had to be WITH PURCHASE. um, yeah! We just ate our purchased food!!! Annoyance abounds at Wendy's today.
