Placed a order online waited 45 minutes to pick it up and it was never made. Poor customer service and wasn't honest about their mistake. NEVER COMING BACK! If you want hot food don't come here. Plus its over priced for the quality you get.

I got my food to go but I have to say the people there they greet you when you come into the restaurant or a little shop whatever you want to call it they have tables there and you can eat there as well. They greet you when you come in they make you feel comfortable they answer your questions a lot better than another chicken place. I will continue to come here even if I have to drive a little bit. The food was great. ??
They take forever to cook your food! I can literally look inside the kitchen and just see the workers standing there. Be prepared to wait

They no longer accept MasterCard for payment but they don't state it on the app or in their store it is not until you try to pay that they tell you

I waited 40min after ordering and still didn't have my food. I ended up requesting a refund because I did not want to eat there anymore after waiting that long. I saw 3 other customers walk into the store after I had already ordered, and they ordered and received their food before my family did. I asked one employee what was taking so long, and he said it was because I ordered original chicken and that takes longer to make. When I talked to another employee, they said it was because the printer in the kitchen didn't print out my order. I'm sure the food is good, but the service is absolute garbage.
