Absolutely the worst wingstop I've ever been too.To Start they were 2 wings short and acted like I was lying to get 2 extra wings after I'd already bought 20. Manager was cool but the other lady rudely sayd they're all there I told her I'm not arguing over 2 God damn wings. Manager sayd I'm sorry here you go. Ok cool. Down to the food the fries had a damn pound of salt n all the boneless wings were semi warm and disgusting I didn't feel like saying anything after they already made it awkward over 2 wings. I've never had such nasty wingstop literally ever. Definitely will never be back to this location

Cypress location. Male Hispanic manager has a stunk up attitude. He was rude to me and the female nice employee who was trying to take my order. He is a short person with a huge attitude problem! Also the wings have a lot of breading & hardly any meat. One has to inspect them through a magnifying glass to see the actual chicken. Monday's & Tuesdays wings are $.70 cents.

I've been here twice and both times were a hot mess. The first time the guy at the register argued with everything. The bone in wings were dried like they had been sitting there for HOURS. This next time... my mother asks for a senior discount but apparently only managers can do that. So the fake manager that was there (BTW the same guy that was argumentative the first time) said the manager was not there and he didn't have the authority. Come on... let's get this together.

How does this place even have 2.5 stars. Workers were so mean to my kids for asking for extra ranch that they forgot! And how do you not give dip for veggie sticks that you pay do separately! This place needs to be closed down. Buffalo Wild Wings nearby?

You requested all flats not overcookedYoung girl informed the Cooks 2 Times and , unfortunately was unsuccessful. " MERELLA OR Muriella Food handling was touching her back pocket for pens with no gloves, writing on the bag putting the pen back into her back buttock pocket and touching food. The experience with this cook/EMPLOYEE Mirellw )was not good. I requested for the lemon pepper dry rub she continue to place dry rub seasoning, it into the liquid lemon pepper and shake the dry rub into it when I asked her to please give me a dry rub side only, she then had a distasteful rolling of the eyes attitude, telling me "" I "I already put one in the bag" !there was no dry rub powdered seasoning, of lemon pepper in the bag. We ordered a 15 piece bone in. " ALL FLATS"That is not what we received I asked Kayla for MARIA, the assistant manager KAYLA stated" she just left for the day. She is not here."As I waited the 18 minutes, I witnessed the four employees taking their meal and taking a break. I observed that STEPHANIE was consistent on greeting, smiling and accommodating customers. This place is messed up. For the first time, I went to this order and ordered 3 meals for my family dinner. When I got home after driving 2 miles, I found only 1 chicken sandwich and a salad. I had to come back to the store and correct my order. So frustrated. I will never go to this store again.

We ate inside on this visit. The service was friendly and fast but the food was not that great. The boneless wings I had were hard and dry. The fries were very salty. The dining room was very clean and they were prompt about cleaning up tables as people would get up.
