Love this location, always clean, staff especially the same closer I usually see is always kind and helpful. The machines are always working even when it’s 10 mins before closing. gone to several different location, but this is always my go to.

First off- I want to commend the staff that another review claimed was rude for not letting them be gross and unsanitary and using their sample cups more than once. I know this is a difficult concept for @classic11 to grasp but you are not the center of the universe and these machines serve multiple people. That said, I appreciate knowing the staff is trying to ensure that my yogurt doesn’t have your spit in it. It’s clear you’ve never been told “no” before but I recommend taking your tantrum elsewhere.
This place is great- super clean, friendly, and the staff on Saturdays usually has a great playlist and is just singing along having a good time. It’s a great vibe.

Definitely recommend . Variety ice cream flavors and toppings. Place is clean. Employees and friendly , professional,happy. Placentia is not crowded. Kid friendly .
