They close early. It says closing at 9 but I wouldn’t come here after 6. The pretzels won’t be fresh after 6 as it seems they stop cooking any after that time and you’ll be lucky if they’re even still open after 8. I’ve come multiple times around 8 after shopping at the target next door and they’re already closing up.
Took forever to take my order, then when she did she asked me to move to a different register for no reason. The fellow customers were offended because she didn't tell them why I "cut" them because that's what appeared like to them and they refused to move.When I finally got my order it was incorrect, bland, flavorless and hard.
My children love your products because it helps their stomach since they have constipation.

This place can be a better place by providing utensils for customers. They don't care about sanitization at all when let the customers pick the food by their fingers. I have to visit another food court and ask for a folk.
These pretzels are so fresh and delicious!! You can also bake them at home with their dough.
No pretzels, except for cinnamon. Who wants a cinnamon pretzel, apparently no one. Guy would not make new ones, in the middle of the day.
BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL! I bought those mini pepperoni breads for the first time ordering in Auntie Anne. And this Chinese SUPER LOUD MOUTH rude cashier lady was yelling at me if I wanted the pepperoni mini or plane when clearly she didn’t bother to look that I was already been pointing at the pepperoni in stock while saying pepperoni! She has the n*** to yell and be disrespectful and just dump the food in the bag unprofessionally and it was a mess! Including the fact she didn’t put the sauce that is included. Disgusting of an employee!
6/12/21: The worker was nice. The pretzel ? looked like it was sitting there overnight, but it tasted good.
