I had to pay a visit to Baskin-Robbins today for a quick snack, opting for a medium Caramel Turtle Truffle milkshake (no whip cream) as my go-to Pralines 'n Cream was unexpectedly out of stock. However, the helpful employee suggested the Caramel Truffle, and it didn't disappoint! The taste was quite impressive, and I wouldn't mind ordering it again.What's also great about this place is the hassle-free parking, a big plus! Prices are reasonable, and the ice cream quality is decent, in my opinion. Moreover, the customer service is good, with efficient and friendly staff. The establishment itself is clean and they have tables for you to enjoy your snack. If you happen to be around Daly City's Westlake Shopping Center, I highly recommend giving Baskin-Robbins a try. It's a convenient, pleasant experience all around!

This location has the biggest selection and best prices for BR ice cream cakes. No surprises with their cakes. Just good ol' BR ice cream in your favorite flavor. Customer service has been great too. We ran into a problem ordering through the app, no fault of the store, but Kurt, Joe, and Jalen fixed it quickly and courteously. Thank you! P.S. The spice smells from next door have never affected the quality or flavor of our cakes. Nom nom nom!

This lady working at the front today is so energized and happy. Never been so satisfied going to Baskin Robin before. My little one really love this Cookie Monster Flavor I've cream this summer and she has been craving it so much. Here we are and it's delicious. I guess we will be back soon.

The service here sucks, but it's convenient since there's plenty of parking M-F.Came here for their new flavor, the chicken and Waffles ice cream.I really wanted to try it.Surprisingly it was edible and not half bad. It just tasted like maple and vanilla with some soggy waffle like pieces. Not sure why they even mentioned chicken because it didn't taste like chicken and I didn't see any chicken in it.The service was slow. Two people. They struggled to make milkshakes for the people in front of me, like maybe this was the first time they made milkshakes?Anyways, slow service but convenient.

Me and my girlfriend went here to redeem our tmobile Tuesdays which knock off 4 dollars (2 per customer) so total after was 7.96 I believe.Me and my girlfriend ordered a double scoop of peanut butter and jelly ice cream, and cookies and cream which both were really good.It was crowded and there was a lot of people.

I used to love going to baskin robins ever since I was a kid and unfortunately today when I picked up my order of my turkey thanksgiving ice cream cake it was not what I expected this is the smallest thing I’ve ever seen it’s not what was advertised at all and the sad thing about it is when I looked into the fridge of ice cream section there was ice cream cakes twice the size of the one I ordered very disappointing at $43 an ice cream cake you would think you would get $43 worth of cake and ice cream right? This will not serve 10-12 people like it advertised

Great ice cream cakes! I ordered online which made my pick up easy. I got a small cookies and cream/Oreos which was more than enough for 5 people. Mine melted because I didn't think of putting in the freezer (DuHh!!) but it was still delicious! Great service but parking in that shopping center is TERRIBLE!! Definitely still recommend their ice cream cakes. They have cakes that are ready too if you didn't get to order ahead or if you just feel like eating cake.
