This was my first time here and I'm only basing this on the drink I got, which was their Vietnamese coffee. I've had a lot of boba drinks and many Vietnamese coffees and this was NOT good. I don't know if they ran out of condensed milk or what but it wasn't sweet at all, actually it was a bit bitter, almost like burnt coffee. I couldn't even drink all of it and I'm too cheap to be wasting an $8 drink. If I come back, I will try something else and update this review if this just happened to be a one off.

Decent milk tea, Boba is good and chewy.
But cheap lids that would not puncture with their straws. Overflowed and sprayed drink all over the inside of my car.

Great chewy fresh boba is the standout. The Hong Kong milk tea isn't quite strong enough for my liking, but the roasted oolong and jasmine milk teas are great renditions.
one of my favorite boba places, boba is handmade without dyes and perfect texture, squish, and shape. the tea or drink is always rich and flavor and delectable. and they're fast! been a favorite since I was young and went to the high school near by, the quality has only gone up since then. could not recommend more. if I were to give any critique I would request that the boba be made a little bit bigger, they've been on the smaller side lately

when its made right its really good, the past three orders my extra toppings have been missing. specifically the salted cream. its my favorite part of it so when its missing theres no point of drinking it :(
