Way to long . Promised unlimited but sat for 2h waiting for 6 more wings

We went into BuffWiWi for their All You Can Eat Chicken Wings + Fries. The restaurant was pretty empty except for a few people by their bar. So service should be pretty quick right? I mean, there were employees walking around like they have all the time in the world and after 5 mins of waiting, our orders were taken. Our first order of wings came after 10 more mins. Second order of wings, though? Not only it took 20 mins to wait, but our pretty waitress failed to get one of our orders. To avoid waiting for a long time again, we decided to put our last order of wings. Another 12 mins later, our last order of wings came, but our waitress forgot to bring our onion rings. So after reminding her about the order, we were already pretty full. I mean, the food is good, but the service? Nothing good to be said about. The waitress was nice and friendly..but over all? So so experience. I’d rather go to WingStop next time.

They have me 15, 6,6.

They also didn’t include all the ranch and carrots I ordered online. Went back in because I noticed that. Upset that I made it home and came me a 6 instead of a 10.

I'm not trying to be mean on purpose, but I'm not joking when I say that this is consistently the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Year after year, their service remains God awfully slow. I actually timed how long it took to get our drinks after ordering and it was 14 minutes. Reorder drinks and then took 22 minutes. I will never be going there ever again

We were disappointed with our visit. Despite the restaurant looking mostly empty upon arrival, there was still a wait to be seated. Once we were seated, it took a very long time for our server to introduce herself, though she was kind and sweet. Before she came to our table, I had to track down an employee myself just to get water for the kids.

The entire experience took over two hours. Service was extremely slow, and the food was disappointing. The fried pickles were soggy and cold, the fries were hard and room temperature, and the chicken wings were slightly cold. To make things worse, they offered us veggies but only brought out carrots because they ran out of celery.

I wanted the nice dine-in experience, but it fell far short of expectations. I could have gone to Wingstop, paid less, and enjoyed better food. Additionally, the girl at the check-in line wasn’t very helpful. For example, when I asked for a refill, she acted like it wasn’t her job, even though she could have easily helped.

Overall, the service and food quality were extremely disappointing, and I doubt we’ll ever return.

So I think we've had it with BBW. The prices are CRAZY the service is slow and the quality has dropped to a point where it's no longer worth it. We spent $48 per person and without drinks or apps. I could have bought 5 entire rotisserie chickens.

Very bad experiences I went with my family and none of them liked the food or the terrible service from the waitress, the food was not brought as we ordered apart from the fact that it took them almost an hour to help us, I would never return to that place and I would even less recommend it no one, if someone asked me I would tell them that it is the worst

Very disappointed with this restaurant tonight, we were going with my husband to dinner. We waited 45 minutes (that's ok, we hadn't made a reservation). When it was our turn, the waitress demanded $5 in cash only in order to be seated. We didn't have any cash on us. After a 45-minute wait we had to go home, while the same waitress was giving bracelets to all her friends almost 7boys for free
