I had a disappointing experience last night. I came here with a friend and the hostess seemed lazy and annoyed to seat us. I asked for a booth, she did not have a booth for us (despite some back ones being open and later sitting someone there).After being seated, we are told to order with a QR code. This is absolutely stupid. I'm tech savvy, but you know it is bad when you show up to a place telling you to scan a QR code. If I have to take my own order, why would I pay tips? For my food to be brought out? Asking for tips on the checkout is insulting at this point.Waiter did come, he was friendly. But he never came back to check in on us after dropping food off. No one asked us for refills, if we needed anything more, and most importantly—no one was around to bring us NAPKINS! We had to clean our hands with the moisture off of our drinks.I usually tip. But I'm not tripping when there's literally no service—from the door to the table.My food was bland as well. Got one of their burgers, meat had no seasoning. Wings were good though.

Buffalo Wild Place has consistently been a great spot for me over the last six months, and my recent visit reaffirmed that. I recommended it to a friend, but he wasn't impressed by the ratings, which surprised me because I've always had a good experience there. I believe it's underrated. The food is consistently good, the service is excellent, and the staff are professional and friendly. Joseph, our server this time, was attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it's a fantastic place to enjoy a meal and a few drinks.

Mostly empty restaurant, did not seat us for 10 minutes, we were ignored. We had to ask for a server because we were not helped for an extended period. Got parts of our order wrong, kept forgetting to bring us things we asked for, were not accommodating whatsoever.

Went to eat at this BWW before we flew back home. We got sat down with menus but they never said we had to order through the app until asked. Took them like 20 minutes to bring out our drinks after they had only brought one of them out. Took another 20 minutes to get a burger after the rest of the food was out.We had Asked for straws and napkins and didn't get any until we asked someone else.Waste of time honestly, they should at least give good service if you have to order on the app and be attentive to customers. Many ppl waited to be sitted. It was really discouraging since BBW has always been one of our favorite restaurants. ??????

Went for lunch there a couple of weeks back. We were greeted and seated quickly. Not many people were in the restaurant. Looked deserted. A waitress walked by our table and she didn't even bother to acknowledge us. When I wife went to use the restroom, I waited and waited for the waitress to come back to our table and she did not. Others got seated at the bar and were served. When my wife returned, the waitress still had not come by and after waiting 40 minutes for anyone to come service us, we abruptly got up and left. A couple were coming in to dine and I told them that they my as well leave as we were not serviced at all. After reading other reviews here and other sites, I can understand as to why they have such a poor rating and no customers. The staff is what is causing the restaurant to be down and have poor reviews. Whoever owns that location or the manager there, I have a piece of advice. You better re-evaluate your staff members. They are running it into the ground. I will not step foot in that place again. Very POOR!

Loved this place and loved the atmosphere! But whenever i call this place for delivery they never pick up the phone! Don’t recommend calling for orders but its great to eat there!!!
