The food was OK at Burma Silver Star. I had their "Pan fried" egg noodle $16. This dish was very saucy with a oyster/soy gravy and not crispy. Not enough wok flavor. The noodles were the ones you find at a Chinese hot food take-out and tasted the same. The saving grace for this dish was the little side of pickled onions. It added some Burmese flavor to an otherwise boring dish. I was the only customer at 11:30 am and service was excellent.

Same owners back from Myanmar/Burma adventure ( government repressive — returned to Bay Area ).

Food was delicious and the staff was delightful. We got the tea leaf salad, garlic noodles with shrimp, shrimp & vegetable curry and samosas and we would order it all again. Definitely coming back.
