Parking: free parking, but very busy over the weekend.

I have seen many locations across the bay area.

Food: Most of the foods are grilled or fried. All of them are tasty and fresh. Many fish choices, sauces, and sites to choose from. My favorite sauces are garlic butter and Cajun. The fish and chips are very good with tartar sauce. The grilled sea bass fish are very flavorful and would recommend having sauce on the side.

Price: very reasonable price for portions of food.

What happened to this place in the past year? I was looking forward to eating there, but then the grilled chicken was cold and the kale slaw was room temperature. My hunger made me eat it, though I’ll probably regret it tomorrow. I asked for spicy salsa for my side taco and it was bland with no flavor couldn’t even taste the salsa. The dinner plate came with 3 pieces of asparagus. For the price of the dinner plates, I was expecting better and the same quality as last year.

Do not order the Mac and Cheese! They will always screw up your order!! Otherwise, all other food is pretty good. Service is hit or miss. They added a machine to take your order so no more initial “human” interaction. There’s typically one person calling out the orders which means that they won’t respond to you until your order is ready. Makes you feel like you’re just another cog in the crowd.

I really wanted to enjoy the dynamite shrimp bowl, but it was too spicy. I wish they have levels to choose from.

However if they bump the heat on the fryer before dropping the battered fish, it would be a lot less oily.

Waited over 30 minutes for to go order. Ordered fried fish but received grilled. Waited another 15 minutes for fried fish correction. Final straw, didn't want to issue lemon, tartar sauce and cocktail sauce claiming they can only give a maximum of two condiments per order (I would have paid extra to get what I want). Then huffed and said, "Fine...I'll just give it to you; you did wait a long time." Order was over $110 for 5 dishes. Manager was present and did nothing. Total absence of customer service and customer satisfaction. Definitely don't recommend.

Delicious and a bang for your buck! Super filling. I shared this with my sister and we were FULL.

They really stacked on the fish too. I thought it was all tomato but to my pleasant surprise it was tuna!

We tried the classic fish & chips for lunch. They used a swai filet. It came with a side of fries & a kale salad. The fish was very good but the batter was slightly thick in some areas. Both my husband & I ordered the 3 pieces since we didn't know how big they were & they were large pieces. We couldn't finish them & took some home. The batter stayed crispy when we reheated & had it as part of our dinner. It was worth it for $12.50.
