Overly expensive. The service here is consistently terrible unless you’re ordering alcohol. Husbands glass wasn’t rinsed properly, so his iced tea tasted like bleach. Didn’t get silverware until we asked, which was after all of our food had been delivered. Had to constantly wave down staff because server never checked in and order was wrong. Celia's is a local Mexican restaurant that has been serving the community for over a decade. The service is generally good and the atmosphere is cozy, with paintings adorning the walls. The Cancun platter is a popular choice, highly regarded by regulars. While other dishes are decent, they don't quite match up to the platter. The food can be a bit pricey, but many find it worth the cost for special occasions. The restaurant can be quiet, particularly in the afternoons. Fresh ingredients are used, with the nachos being a standout dish. The inside of the restaurant has a lively, Mexican vibe reminiscent of Encanto, making it a good place to meet with friends. The location may be a bit off for non-locals, but it has been a staple in the area for a long time. The restaurant offers large portions, and the unlimited chips and salsa are always appreciated. Its frozen Margarita is quite filling, similar to a smoothie. Despite some minor drawbacks like dirty toilets and lack of alcohol in drinks, many visitors enjoy the atmosphere and food, especially for special occasions. Overall, Celia's remains a favorite spot for Mexican cuisine in the community.
