Think I just told someone Filipino food doesn't do veggies. Ha ha. Wrong again! Had a delicious dish with eggplant, kabocha, bitter melon and more. Other things we had were so various and delicious. Bring your family. Then you can try more things! He

A delicious unassuming Filipino spot in Daly City. We ordered the Sizzling Sisig, Chicken Adobo, Pancit Bihon, and Pork Tocino Plate. Most memorable dish for me would have to be the Sizzling Sisig. It comes out on a hot sizzling plate with a beautiful fried egg on top. The pork had the perfectly balanced savory and tart oomph in flavor, so delicious! Chicken adobo had amazing sauce and the pancit bihon had great savory flavors too. The pork tocino plate might have been slightly too fatty, but perhaps it was just the one cut of meat that I got that day, flavors were still good though! Service was relatively quick; the restaurant was busy preparing takeout orders as well as it seems to be a popular takeout spot. I wish this place stayed open longer instead of closing at 6/7pm! Would absolutely recommend this place to others.

This is an authentic Pilipino restaurant that all the locals seem to flock to. It's in the Mercedes lot and you have to look for parking even on off peak hours. There are not a lot of tables so be prepared to wait. The wait staff had a welcoming, laidback vibe. The food was amazing! We had the oxtail kare kare that was tender and fall off the bone good! For a curry dish, it was not too hot, and had great flavor, a lot of mixed vegetables like bok choy, eggplant and string beans. The lechon was lots of crispy, deep fried pieces that were not too fatty. This is a popular dish with the crowd. Almost every table had some. We also had a fish dish that was unique. They served the whole fish fried where the skin was crispy and the meat was tender but not dry. I am not a big rice eater but I had to had a good serving of the garlic rice, even had seconds. Definitely get the big bowl if the waiter recommends that size. Value for the money and delicious! We were so stuffed with our meal that we had no room for dessert. Reason to come back for more!

Sisig is good here. Me & My friend went here after work since we have a project to finish at Burlingame. Pancit was ok and the order takes hella long to get cooked we waited 40 minutes.

I'm sitting here eating my leftover lechon from yesterday and i had to come back to add another star because the meat is very good even a day later. It's still super juicy and delicious. I ordered vinegar for dipping and it really is fantastic.

We got the Oxtail Kare Kare and Garlic Rice to share between 2 people and it was the perfect amount! Kare Kare is one of my fave Filipino dish and they make it pretty good here. I would rate it 4/5 here, it would be 5/5 if the oxtail was more tender. We also ordered the Combo Sisig for to-go and it was delicious! The combo sisig was definitely a 5/5! It was a huge portion too! We got our food pretty quick after ordering, so service was fast even though they were short-staffed. They have some tables inside to dine in and there could be a bit of a wait during peak times.

Hands Down the best hole in the wall in Daly City. So flavorful and so Good. This is where I first tried Philipino food and fell in love. My go to order is Pork Sisig with Garlic rice. The Calderete is amazing as well as their Pancit and omg the Lechon is *chef kiss. Definitely recommend checking them out.

Great food, good service. We ordered the Kare kare, 2 pieces crispy pata, and 1 cup of garlic fried rice. Everything tasted authentic and full of flavor. Service was great as well. The only reason I did not give this place a 5-star is the price. It is a little on he pricey side compared to Ogpin Restaurant, the other Filipino restaurant that we usually go to when we're in the area. But the price is still well worth it, and I highly recommend this place.

I mean..... daly city + filipino food = this place Located at a strip mall above the mercedes dealership, off gellert Plenty spaces in their parking lot Restaurant itself is on the smaller side, one way in and one way out. Dining area can seem spacious but not really.... about 8 mix and match tables. When u walk in, its dining space of tables and towards the back is a long counter with a register ....looks like a takeout kitchen. ....to be honest, this is NOT an inviting type of restaurant. If its packed, you gotta write your name and party number down on their notepad at the front table by the door. Note: When we got here before 1p on a tuesday it was 'busy' so we waited like 25 min for a seat. (Its because when peepss come to eat out, they like to take their time to eat and chill ...and if its a big party, they got no sence of urgency at all) When we sat we were ready to order ...went with their PORK SISIG, KARE KARE and TOFU SISIG, and WHITE RICE. we wanted to put the egg on the tofu and not on the pork and guess what..we was told that they can NOT do egg on the tofu, only the pork? Ummmm.....ok *****here is the kicckurrr tho...... they brought this meal out super fast. Hooked up a big bowl of rice for us to share. That tofu sisig came out awesomely noisy in its sizzling pan. The kare kare was beautifully displayed in a pot of peanut sauce....and when the pirk sisig came out, same song and dance with that nice smell of grease and flavors lol. The food taste was impressive. Very tasty, not too rich...not salty. Just really tasty and we enjoyed all of it. And they hooked up the alamang paste, too! Overall, i was primed to leave this joint a 3 star on the initial walk in and wait, but then the food came out and my thoughts changed. I will probably neer post a 5 star for any filipino restaurant because alot of things have to work right for that to happen ...but on food alone, this place is an honest 4 STAR spot. I recommend all yall give em a try so you can taaaste, what this place, iiss coookinnnn!

My family frequents this restaurant because of their chicharon bulaklak!! It was the girst thing ordered before we sat down and another order before we left!! So good!! Service is patient and respectful and kind. The food is always amazing. My mom and Tita especially liked the tocino because it wasn't hard. I favored the porkchop inihaw. Lechon kawali is always on our table too!! We love to eat and Chibog makes all of our family favorites so accessible without having to cook them ourselves. The Filipino food is always on point here!! We spent over 150 dollars because we like to have options eating together. Otherwise it's a very affordable place for any silogs-- all under 17 dollars!!
