It was a couple hours before they closed, I ordered for pick up. Even though they give you an option to choose your drink, when I got there they just gave me an empty cup so I could do it myself. Food was great.

They had pushed most of the tables and chairs into the corner so you couldn't sit on the regular chairs. If you wanted to dine in you could still sit at the higher tables. Sometimes the parking lot can get full but it was later in the day so I had no issues

Hello, I'm here to leave a report. This is disrespectful to the customer. I came to the store and asked to use the restroom. There's a code. They didn't give me the code. They said I had to buy something first before using the restroom. I just wanted to wash my hands before eating, and the lady was very rude and distracted me. She told me I had to buy something first before giving me the code. This is very rude. I think it is a huge lack of preparation for an employee in a store, a chain as renowned as this, to treat a customer like this, without taking into account that in addition to being a customer, I am a partner because I work and provide the service for them.

Lady working there was so pushy and made me so uncomfortable that I didn't want to bring up the fact the messed up my order. Then she told me that I have to make my choice in order from right to left? I've never had any worker tell me something like that. She was so aggressive and unfriendly I just wanted to get out of the restaurant.

Got food poisoning on this place and it took me a year before I tried it again. Better experience this time around.

So I ordered a veggie burrito bowl and asked for extra rice and beans, and the guy serving me seemed annoyed about it. He said, “you’re already getting a lot”—like that was necessary to say. It kind of ruined the whole experience for me.

The rest of the staff seemed unfriendly, too. There was no “hello” or “how are you”—just a weird vibe, like nobody wanted to be there.

I definitely wouldn’t go back.

The old indian lady working at there …. She was very rude even though she was putting to much less portion…. Even i said more and she was making weird expressions also …. It was very bad experience for me ….. i was very excited for this but this whole experience changed my mood.

It's 10:09 p.m. and they close at 11:00 and they are out of tortillas, black beans, Pinto beans, sour cream, guacamole, and several meats. I get not having supplies at a half hour before closing but nearly an hour before closing and you guys stopped cooking and making stuff? And this isn't the first time. I think this is the third time we have been there around an hour before closing and they are out of a lot of things. It seems like they just want to sit on their ass the last hour of their shift because they already spent the last hour of business cleaning up. How are you Chipotle and have a 3.7 rating? If you are with corporate and reading this you should really consider New Management because this Chipotle is a major hub in this area serving a good portion of Daly City and San francisco.

My boyfriend and I stopped by Chipotle an hour and a half before closing, expecting a decent meal, but the experience was a complete letdown.

The employee behind the counter clearly didn’t care, zero effort, zero enthusiasm, and absolutely no sense of customer service. On top of that, they were out of half the menu:

No rice (and they weren’t making more)
No chicken
Another meat option sitting completely empty

At that point, what’s the point of staying open? If you’re out of the basics and unwilling to replenish them well before closing, it sends a clear message that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority.

Between the lack of ingredients and the disinterested attitude of the staff, this visit was a complete waste of time. Do better, Chipotle.

Management needs to do something about the workers’ behavior. I was going to buy some food, and an Indian lady was very rude and yelled at me.

Worst employees ever. How much protein you get in your bowl depends on what kind of day the servers are having. If they’re in a good mood they will give you 2 scoops of protein without even having to ask for double or extra meat. If they’re having a bad day, you’ll get half a scoop of meat. It’s like they’ll look at you and if they don’t like you, you’ll get smaller portions of everything. I come here all the time and I’ve noticed the pattern. Some people get bigger portions and some get smaller portions. No, I’m not deaf cause I can hear what other people are ordering. This is my last time here, I’ve had enough. It seems that the employees aren’t properly trained or they just don’t care. Or it may be the result of a very poor management. Who knows! Anyway I don’t recommend this place.
