Chipotle Mexican Grill

Been going here for a few years but I'm changing my rating from 5 to 1 because of the experience I had today. Very rude woman at the register demanded I order food before I was allowed to use the restroom. Embarrassing and uncalled for. Likely will never return to this location. I understand the policy but I am very clearly a normal person looking to get lunch, and don't want to be treated like an animal.

They are very mean with the protein portions. Can count on my fingers the amount of chicken piecelets in my bowl

We go here after workouts to get carbs and protein. Chicken burrito bowl with guacamole is the best. Price is right for two people around 30 bucks. Forget the fork, get the chips, scoop it up! Service is always good and employees are great. Restaurant is always clean with clean tables. Really like the westlake location.

This one was good, but something happened and now they're probably the worst chipotle in the area. Super bland!

Overcharged $3.50 at Westlake Center Chipotle! Ordered a Carne Asada Bowl with guac only (should be $2.00), but was billed $5.50 for chips & guac on 9/19/25 at 5:27 PM, Order #357. Please refund the $3.50 difference ASAP! The food was great, but this billing error needs immediate attention. I’d love to update my review once resolved. Thank you!

The food tastes okay but the portion especially is super tiny for a $13 Asada Carne bowl. $10 chicken bowl has only a few bites of chicken as well. Very disappointed that this location would go south like this. Used to be my go to spot whenever I crave Mexican but not anymore.

its a race to the bottom for chipotles that dont brew the tea. they have the tea. well
prepared meat. clean inside. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
