Rice was hard and undercooked, my chicken bowl had bones in it, and overall my dish did not taste good at all. I ended up throwing the rest of it out. Will not be coming back.

This is the third time I've ordered a bowl, chips and guacamole online and when I get home there are no chips and when I complain or I'm sorry, next time we'll give you a bag of Ships. I'm not going to trust and go to this place anymore. The employees are in a bad mood.

I gave a tip; wish i could get that back too. My recommendation is tell us what you are out of!! I would rather go to the one in Colma. Customer service is horrible here in Westlake.

Second time at this place. Last experience was not that bad so thought of giving a second chance but this time it was really disappointing ?. Ordered a chicken burrito with all the veggies and white rice. Was really excited to have it and as soon as I took a 1st bite the white rice was not cooked and I can feel it with every bite I took to make sure. Please pay attention to your main ingredient as it might upset the stomach. Very sensitivity matter. Thank you

Normally I love eating Chipotle food. This Daly City location doesn't hold up its standards like other locations. Two times I ordered Chipotle to be delivered by DoorDash and two times there were items missing from our order. That wasn't the only issue with my order, the food was awful as well as cold. I ordered the carne asada bowl and the carne asada was disgusting. There was a lot of gristle and and it was very hard to chew. I've never had such lousy food at other Chipotle's I've been to. The entire meal was pretty much inedible. Then to top off the lousy food I tried to get Doordash to give me a credit for the food and they had the nerve to offer me $3.00. The food was $50.00 so I declined their offer and promptly closed my account then called Chipotle and they told me I had to take it up with Doordash. Needless to say, Chipotle in Daly City also has lousy customer service on top of low grade food.

Every time I walk in here the line is long as a snake, crew is making online orders while the line is out of the door. Food is good, they need more crew and fast service in lunch time
