Guy working here was an absolute weirdo and made me uncomfortable. Was making weird movements and getting up all in my face like he was on drugs. He also shrugged at me like i was doing something wrong when I looked at him confused. He tried to do what I assume was a “joe momma” joke when he gave me what I bought because out of no where he said “is this for joe” when nothing even remotely close was said. I said “what” and he said “nevermind”.

We went to purchase a set of 4 rolls and cashier Freddie said no, he didn’t want to make a box with the rolls for us because the only boxes available where the 6 roll pack that have been sitting there all day. So we had to buy only 2 because he refused to fix a new box for us, if he had the rolls why not just put them in a box instead of overcharging us for individual rolls? Last time we buy here.

It's at the mall what can I say, I think the only time you can get a good cinnabon is when they're freshly prepared. Otherwise they're kind of stale cuz they've been sitting out and the air has been hitting them all day.

i don't usually make reviews but the old lady at the register had so much attitude & the very first bite of my pretzel bites were so hard to chew | i love cinnabon however this location has its ups and downs

The cinnamon rolls were amazing, as always. However, I don‘t think I‘ve ever experienced customer service as bad as here. The lady taking our order was VERY RUDE and was annoyed at one single basic question I had. Before I could tell her my order, she interrupted me and said „you know the lady behind you knows what she wants.“ and turned away to take her order instead of mine. Although I was just telling her what I wanted in that moment!! So rude. Also, she did not smile for a second and had the biggest attitude. Would not come here again if it weren‘t for the good food.

I ordered the mini pecan cinnamon bun. The lady with an aunt Annie’s shrit helps me out. She ask me what I would like I said the mini pecan cinnamon bun! She throws the min on in the box. Cashier was very rude too. I asked her for a couple of water and she said we only sell butter water. I took a look in bag with the cinnamon bun and she only put pecans! So I go back and ask for the rest she looks at me and laughing I thought you only wanted pecans most people don’t like the other stuff! Okay but when we order we should say no this on that. She Slimly puts nuts on my cinnamon bun, you could clearly say she was upset because I came back. Not coming back to this Friendly environment! But the Cinnamon bun was cooked perfectly!
