The cinnamon rolls were amazing, as always. However, I don‘t think I‘ve ever experienced customer service as bad as here. The lady taking our order was VERY RUDE and was annoyed at one single basic question I had. Before I could tell her my order, she interrupted me and said „you know the lady behind you knows what she wants.“ and turned away to take her order instead of mine. Although I was just telling her what I wanted in that moment!! So rude. Also, she did not smile for a second and had the biggest attitude. Would not come here again if it weren‘t for the good food.

I ordered the mini pecan cinnamon bun. The lady with an aunt Annie’s shrit helps me out. She ask me what I would like I said the mini pecan cinnamon bun! She throws the min on in the box. Cashier was very rude too. I asked her for a couple of water and she said we only sell butter water. I took a look in bag with the cinnamon bun and she only put pecans! So I go back and ask for the rest she looks at me and laughing I thought you only wanted pecans most people don’t like the other stuff! Okay but when we order we should say no this on that. She Slimly puts nuts on my cinnamon bun, you could clearly say she was upset because I came back. Not coming back to this Friendly environment! But the Cinnamon bun was cooked perfectly!

Finally a Cinnamon/Auntie Anne's bakery in one located, Serramonte Mall . Nice option to buy either or in a one stop shop. B.B. (BUYER BEWARE) don't get too excited, this location doesn't take discounts from their apps.I wish I could give them ONE STAR, the 5 ⭐ is to support young adults who need a job.We need kids to be independent and start working and I'd recommend a job in a mall ,safe ,mall hours and busy.In the near future I hope this location honors all app coupons or discounts or lower their prices. Too expensive I'd never buy here if I knew another location closer who honors the apps coupon's and discounts.I can see this place closing down in a few more years if they don't act now . BAD REVIEWS WILL KEEP RISING. Message to the Management take care of your customers and listen to the comments and reviews.❤️?

04/19/2023We asked if we could have freshly made Cinnabon which wasn’t an outrageous ask because no one is in line and there were 7 workers. But there was a lady who felt very entitled and kept saying NO. Even though I swear no one was talking to her. Then had us wait 25mins for them to “act” like they were gonna make fresh ones. Just to warm it up and yes i seen them.

Came here and their wifi went out which affected card transactions. I tried two different cc’s but was declined both times. Ended up paying cash. The card transactions went thru two days later and the manager couldn’t find them, but was very responsive and stayed in touch for a few days while we rectified the situation. Thanks to Sonya, she found the cash transaction and sent me a receipt to help me follow up with my banks to confirm my issue.
