I visited this store today. There was literally no one in the store. After waiting 15 minutes someone finally shows up. I couldn’t tell if the guy worked there or not. No badge or apron or anything was visible for me to be able to tell. I asked if they had waffle cones for the cup and he said only chocolate which I did not believe. Maybe he just didn't want to make any more. Not sure! Hopefully this isn't a consistent thing. Maybe it was just a bad day for them but overall this is unacceptable. BTW I love Coldstone but this was not ok.

Came in 9:21pm for 2 ice cream scoops. Sign says it's open until 9:30pm. Lazy workers kick me out says they're closed. Hey franchise owner get some new staff, your pm crew is costing you money!

When they are open this is a good cold stone. But they close at 9:30 every day of the week, and Google maps says they close at 11pm on the weekends. Google rejected my edit to correct this twice, even though I included this picture of the hours posted on the store! So this review is here to warn you: even on Friday and Saturday they close promptly at 9:30.

I like this place. Is cream is decent, but pretty pricey. It does have amazing ice cream cakes. The best I have ever had. Its atmosphere is quite nice and the workers are friendly. Good location too.

Workers welcomed me in with a smile! Love their attitude, made small talk with the employees assisting me while she mixed my ice-cream. Enjoyed the conversation and the delicious banana ice-cream. Both workers were friendly. Will be coming again.
Super disappointed. I should've read these reviews before ordering a cake from here. There's no need for me to go into details about what happened, but for that one employee who was alone (all of them probably high schoolers) I really feel for her and hope things have gotten better for her there or that she quit because of all the stress they put on her. It just looks like overall poor management with the way the manager wasn't even there and he had 3 high school students working. If I had known they just marked off the cake order and didn't do the writing I wouldn't have waited for more than an hour. It was a waste of time to wait there and felt like a big joke when they handed me the cake. The pictures I post here will be self explanatory. I was able to get a refund but not that hour of my life back.

Very rude. I stood there for about three minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Three girls are working, but no acknowledgment. One girl turns to a group of three people that had just walked through the door even though I was clearly there first. I mentioned that I was waiting first and another girl says Sorry, but doesn't take my order. So I left! Please hire employees that acknowledge customers, and have manners.

This was single-handedly the worst treatment I have ever experienced as a paying customer. I was blatantly ignored as soon as we walked in, stood waiting for someone to greet me and ask for my order and then the girl working the front decided to help the people in line behind me instead. Not only that but they ignored me when their doordash order had been delivered. I had to wait for someone else to help me. When it came time for us to pay again they (the twins with red hair, I think one of their names was Jocelyn or something like that) ignored us, took a selfie and went on their busy way to go on their break to go enjoy their doordash order, even when we were already at the register and more customers were coming in. It took so long for someone to ring us up, we almost walked out in disgust of the place and the people working here. Highly unprofessional and childish. Fire the twins.

Don’t wasted your time. Bad service. It’s unfortunate to walk into an establishment where the employees make you feel you’re bothering them. They seemed more interested in snacking and commiserating amongst themselves than welcoming customers.
