What a shame that, being a global company, they do not allow you to pay with 50 and 100 dollar bills because they do not have a machine to scan whether it is fake or not. Terrible, I was really disappointed.

Dominoes is running a promotion to upgrade one pizza to a large when you do their two or more deal on the app. Well it didn’t work, but I figured it just give them a call and they would fix it easily. WRONG. They put my on the phone with the manager, who spoke such broken English I couldn’t understand her, kept saying something about a lottery or something, I still have no idea about half of what she said. So I just gave up and tried again in the store, where they gave me the same runaround about the app upgrades the pizza automatically (it didn’t), blah blah blah, more broken English, then she just PICKED UP THE PHONE while I was still trying to plead my case and started talking to someone. I just gave up. It’s a bummer since I love their pizza and it’s such a good deal, but I won’t be coming back to this location. Judging by the other reviews, I doubt they care about or even read any of them. PS. Their app devs also get one star.

Owners are cheap, I asked for extra toppings, paid for extra toppings, only to find all three pizzas had the normal amount. I love Dominos, but I'll most likely try a different location

I place my order in the app when I look at my bank statements I notice that they charge me double for my order ..
I call the store I send them an email 2 times and nobody has take the time to communicate with me .. the person in charge at the store don’t even know how to deal with this..

I don’t feel safe eating here because the person who cook my food was the same person that they use to be a cashier.,
They touch dirty money and they go and cook your food ..
that’s a bad health ..
health department should be checking this violation..
you can make people sick ..
Cooks should wash their hands before get in

Lady yelled at me for not ordering online for the 7.99 deal of 2 items. Didn’t want to apply deal so ended up paying $30 for the pizza and brownie.

To think professionalism is far from their behavior when doing customer service is unexpectable. You receive a call from their driver and they rather hang up on you than to deliver the order or speak to you isn't what you would expect from a chain restaurant boosting on their service to their customers. If you have an issue with your order next time remember calling it in at this location won't listen but insist that you are mistaken. Beware!!!!

CHECK the FRESHNESS of your order. I ordered the parmesan bites for my 7 year old son. And they gave us an old one, it was so hard, my son couldn't even bite into it. We drove back and requested a new batch to be baked. Smh.

I ordered 2 pizzas total $47 for delivery I was told that it would get delivered at a certain time never I called saying it never got delivered and the manager refused to refund me saying their no order but clearly have a charge for it on my statement then rudely just hangs up saying no order bye
