Somebody needs to report to food safety…. Came right when they opened on a weekday and everything in the sauce bar is spoiled. Cold dishes were rotten and all the sauces had gone bad. Only 1 person was working in the entire restaurant (include kitchen) so you can imagine the service… all the meet skewers had turned into a dark brown color (instead of red)… I really like this concept of hot pot but they need better management

I dont know where to start. 1) Food - the beef was extremely fatty. We are talking 60% fat on the beef. Broth is extremely spicy to the point around entire group ended up spending a day in the bathroom. 2)Service - the worst service. Im convinced this is run by 2 people that do not know what they are doing. Everything is controlled via an app.
We should have read the previous reviews...never again.

Very delicious...the service is also good...especially the butter hotpot...very fragrant and the more you eat, the better...interesting skewered hotpot...convenient parking...I saw it when I walked in next door to the 7 Days Convenience Store...will still patronize it …

I love coming here, the service is nice and friendly. The food is good and delicious, love their pork with enoki mushrooms. The sour veggies is delicious too. Tomato soup for hot pot is always my favorite, I would ask if they can add some tomato in can for more flavor though. But other than that, I always enjoy coming here again and again. Plus parking is great ?plenty to park
Ingredients were not that fresh. Veggies are old with dark blemishes or yellowness to them. Overall place seems run down even though it’s new. Not well managed.

Went there for lunch today April 1st, it's Monday! When we're finished and going to pay . They told us it's a Holiday so instead of $25.99 per person we were charged for $33.99per person ???. We also have they're coupon after 10 meals we'll get one for free. Since it's their holiday they weren't horn the coupon either. None of those are on their Adds at all. It's not a honest place. Do Not recommend!!!

1. No service: we got our chopsticks and plates by our self because there is only one waitress serving all tables. Wish I could give 0 zero if I can.2. Poor quality food: feel sick all night…3. No AC: Daly City… Such a cold night and no AC, have to wear my down jacket to finish the dinner. So ridiculous.4. Tastes so bad: They ADD WATER to your broth. Make your broth taste like water literally.5. Missing item: ordered one fried rice and never got it served. Still include it in my final bill though. Gotta ask the server to correct it…….—I am very disappointed and will never come back

It was great when it first opened, then it started going downhill. Food selections are getting very limited, and the quality… you can literally tell the food is not fresh. Me and my friend both felt sick all night after eating dinner there, not like food poisoning sick, but just not feeling very well in our stomach. Anyways, never coming back.
