It's very good for what it is. Strong offering of IHOP diner style food. A few too many rambunctious kids having lunch around 2:30PM on a weekday to give the ambiance a higher score. I had good service though.

Greetings to America and for IHOP Daly City California. The Best IHOP I can definitely recommend. While the line appears to be long let that not deter you here this IHOP gets you seated. The waitress all Great at this location. I was lucky Rachel was my waitress always smiling and quickly taking orders serving out IHOP Great fantastic food Breakfast.

It was worst ihop food experience in my life. We were really surprised. Steak tastes like shoe sole, it was more than well done when we ordered medium (first time in my life I returned a dish to kitchen). Waffles for my son were burnt. My steak chops was just super small portion.
They were out of broccoli so offering green beans. It came almost not cooked. Uneatable.
Definitely we will never go back to this location.
Oh, but severs were super nice!

Delicious breakfast, nice servers, comfy booth. Good menu variety. Especially like their eggs Benedict. Reasonable prices. We’ll be back for sure!
Went in for breakfast this morning and after getting our order I saw a roach walking across the seat next to us then a few seconds later another one one climbing the wall next to me. Told the waitress, she apologized and said that management was aware of the problem, but hasn't done anything about it. We left immediately.

We went to IHOP to have a much needed girls night out. The service, food and atmosphere were all wonderful. They did not have any soup or salad to serve to people. I don't recall why. But everything else was great!

Went last night. There was one waitress about 30 years old Dark hair and skinny. She spent about 15 minutes taking a tables order with her back to the front door entrance and could see what customers vane in. After 20 min of waiting she finally turned around and saw us. There were several tables that had been served. She took out orders and said the food would be about 20 min. About 45 min later she still had not brought outdoor food nor given us any water or silverware. When we asked if she could bring out the water and silverware she said ‘imo can give a refund and you can go’. No idea where her head was at. She finally brought our food but no silverware. Had to guide her step by step. Horrible service, totally lost server.
