Due to a lot of customers during lunch hours, quality of food has been compromised. I guess it’s time to find another IHOP!

This place is full of rude people who treat their customers horribly and they gave off a bias mode towards me and my mom. They did the same thing to my sister when her and my mom went to this place. They never got our food since they were ignoring us and focusing on other people that came after us. Me and my mom order something simply and shouldn't have taken an hour to do. Our waiter was very rude and never put in the order until my mom mentioned it. That was when the waiter gave the order and she was still ignoring us everytime we tried to get her attention. We even got our drinks late. Even another waiter, which was suppose to be ours, ignored us and went to another group (not wanting to serve us). She even glared at us when she saw us waiting to be seated and even gave us a dirty look when another worker told her to come to the table that me and my mom were waiting at. She has glasses on and looks pretty young. It was around 2:10 and we waited until 3:00. We never even got our food. But overall the other times I went there, their food isn't all that and they always serve me burnt pancakes so there food isn't good and it wasn't worth the wait. Besides, after how they treated me and my mom. I was glad we didn't pay for anything since we got tired and left the area. Never going there again!!!!!!

I visit here every once in a while and I have to say, each time is great. This time I got AMAZING service from my wait staff, hooking me with the special that was cheaper than a typical menu item. I'm sad that I don't remember her name but she was amazing and so nice! And iHOP pancakes don't miss. Yummy! Coffee was good too.

There's a 'House Faves' $7 promotion at IHOP. I ordered the Fresh Toast breakfast w/bacon $7 and a ham & cheese omelette $7 via their website. Surprisingly, the food was ready when I went to pick it up. Compared to Nation's, another 24 hours restaurant, I want to say the omelette is a little better at IHOP. There's a disadvantage when ordering to-go. You don't get the different syrup flavors like butter pecan, maple, old fashion and strawberry. In terms of taste, it was adequate.
