I've been coming to Ike's for a while now, Serramonte is my go to sandwich shop. I work for Crunch and had to bring in a huge order to them and the manager Luis took a very complicated order and didn't miss a single detail. The food came out quick and delicious! I stopped by on a Sunday just before noon, and it was the perfect start to my day. I ordered the famous Ike's Madison Bumgarner steak sandwich on Dutch crunch with lettuce, tomato, and onions, it was seriously delicious and packed with flavor from the special sauce they added to the sandwich, it gave a nice light kick to it! The customer service was great and the person assisting me was very much attentive to my ordering. I'll definitely come back to this location.
