Can't ever complain about IN-N-Out. The food is consistent, service is great, though the price has gone up it continues to be affordable compared to others. This one, I used to come to many years ago and eat a burger in the hood of my car and grab a donut... good memories!

Haven't been to one in years. I was dying for one of their doubles. I basically had to complain and was very short from begging to hit this place up as my fellow tired travelers wanted to get back to the hotel. I hadn't eaten much or asked to venture, so I made it clear I really wanted an In-N-Out Burger stop. I was very satisfied. The flavor was as I remembered, the prices still fair, and the staff inviting and accommodating. I live in Florida and have eaten at In-N-Out Burgers in Sacramento and Las Vegas many years ago. I treated a fellow traveler who was from Buffalo and was not enthused about stopping, She was very happy and thankful about the stop. She loved her burger as I did. After eating it, you could still taste the wonderful flavor in your mouth. She agreed upon being asked. I don't know why anyone would stop at McDonald's or Burger King, of which very rarely eat at, when In-N-Out Burgers are available. It would be ridiculous. The flavor, the presentation of the food, and staff make it a prime stop. The food is fresh, and the locations are open late. Was very happy I was able to stop. Wish they had them in Florida.

1st the person named Jordan that took my payment tells me my order and total amount where I respond with YES. I had him my card and takes it and then as he hands it back he responds with gracias. 2nd person The person handing out the food named Matt. After giving me my drinks that I ordered, he handed me my food, which I asked for 3 spread and3 peppers. He hands me spread some spread packs and lets me know that I had to wait for the peppers which I had no problem with. But as he was telling me this I also asked for a cup holder and there was no response. Once the peppers came he hands me some and I ask again can I get a cup holder as well. And he says yes. But as he get the cup holder he all of sudden started shaking his head no and give me an ugly stare. And he hands me the cup holder and I say thank you have a nice day with no response and I drive away. Customer service is important and that is the main reason this review is 1 star.

I had lost all hope that my wallet would be found after realizing I had lost it after eating in this location. I was surprised to get mail a week later saying they had my wallet. My wallet was then mailed! Thank you to the kind person for turning it in to the staffs and for the staffs for contacting me asap!!!!

i respect how hardworking the workers are. it's always crowded no matter what time of day you go. they do have a drive thru!
i love their cheeseburgers, animal style fries and their shakes (get grilled onions on your burger!) if you are nearby, it's a must try
Best burger in Town. Look and taste healthy. Very good size and affordable with refill beverage if you want.

5 hours sfter my wife and I ate here, both of us had horrible stomach problems that felt like food poisoning. Neither of us ate anything else up until the point our stomachs got wrecked.
