I come to this in-n-out often and have always enjoyed the quality of the food through drive-thru but today decided to dine in and had such a pleasant experience due to a gentleman named Geo maintaining the dining area. He was so kind and really was a nice change to how typical in-n-out dining in can be. So nice, it prompted me to write this review.

The drive thru was quick but I’m giving two stars because the person who created my root beer float put so much vanilla into the drink that the pressure caused my root beer to overflow continuously once the straw was put into my drink. The drink spilled all over my top and bottoms and did not stop overflowing, which was the last thing I needed as the drive back to union city is not a short one. This person needs to learn how to use proper ratios of soda and shake to prevent this from happening to another customer because this was totally inconvenient and disappointing.

Abel, the order taker was not only a good associate, confident, calm, with a positive demeanor, repeared my difficult order back---he asked how I was doing after the general "how are you doing" I told him thank you, I have severe allergies today and I feel like crap but I FELT that he actually asked. It was authentic and unscripted. I watch for that gifted customer service, not everyone has that. Be blessed my brotha wherever you go 🙏🏾 ✝️
