Amazing, definitely come visit! When I walked in, there was a wait, but it was very fast. Staff were very nice and explained how the conveyor belt works. I expected it to be quite pricy, but the prices were quite good for a sushi restaurant. Sushi and all of the other food was delicious. I especially loved the texture of the green tea cheesecake, and all the sashimi were great too. One of my favorite things about this restaurant was, you can order food and have it arrive on a mini train on the conveyor belt! It was super fun to watch the train :) All in all, it was a great place. Would definitely eat here again.

The location was clean, the staff were friendly and cordial and the food was good. The main downside was pricing on plates weren't easily observable and may seem deceptive.

Two tables away a customer got sick and spit out his food. Next day I got sick. Tempura was too greasy. Sashimi did not taste that fresh. Restaurant is too tight.

Arrived Beginning Of Dinner Rush, 5:30p. The place was way above room temperature. With all the sushi still waiting to be put on the revolver out in the open (raw fish not chilled). I used to like this place until recently. The service and quality has really gone down the drain. As I'm writing this review, I'm literally perspiring. Pricing has also increased from a base of $3 to now $4.15 for a 4 pc cucumber roll. Sad to see such potential gone to waste.

I love picking out the sushi on the conveyor belt. There was so much variety, including desserts. Special orders arrive on the bullet train at great speed and fun to watch. The orange plates were the most delicious. The fish was fatty and fresh. We did not see the price list of the different colored plates on the counter though. Staff were around to replenish our tea. A convenient place to eat before or after shopping at the Serramonte mall.

Ok, for mall food, this was ok. Portions were small. I couldn't taste vinegar on the rice. They do have hot or cold Saki. It's a fun place to take the kids.

Solid sushi though it's a bit expensive. Get there earlier to get on the wait list. Know that their estimate if you ask them is wildly optimistic. They always say 15 minutes even though we've sometimes waited an hour.

The lively atmosphere at Izumi Sushi in Serramonte, Daly City, creates a dynamic setting for sushi enthusiasts. We visited on a Saturday night around 6:30 pm and, while the restaurant was bustling with patrons, the 20-minute wait was a testament to its popularity. The conveyor belt system adds an interactive element, allowing diners to choose from a variety of sushi plates passing by, or for those wanting a more customized experience, ordering via the iPad is a convenient option. A highlight of the dining experience is the unique rocket boat that delivers sushi directly to your table. This playful touch adds a layer of excitement to the meal, making it not only delicious but also entertaining. The sushi itself is notably fresh, a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality. The efficiency of the staff ensures that service is prompt, despite the busy atmosphere. The menu at Izumi Sushi is extensive, featuring a diverse selection of assorted sushi and sashimi. Beyond traditional sushi offerings, there's a variety of kitchen dishes such as beef rice, udon, and karaage. The inclusion of these options caters to a broader range of tastes, making it an ideal spot for both sushi aficionados and those seeking heartier dishes. In terms of pricing, the range of $30-$40 per person seems reasonable considering the quality and variety offered. Izumi Sushi provides a well-rounded and enjoyable dining experience, making it a recommended choice for those looking to indulge in fresh and diverse sushi offerings in Daly City.

Really great option for revolving sushi in the Bay Area! Definitely my favorite spot I've tried. The fish tastes fresh, good cuts and variety of options. Just two of us so we were seated almost right away! Service was great. From the rolls to the sashimi I really enjoyed all of it and would take someone here who appreciated sushi.

This is my favorite conveyor belt sushi spot rn in the bay! The sushi is always consistent fresh and great portions (i.e. not with hella rice and little fish). The prices are a tad higher than some other places but imo it is worth it since I'd rather pay for good food instead of gachapon toys. The favorites me and my partner normally order are the amaebi, ika, salmon belly, salmon skin handroll, salmon sashimi. The uni can be a hit or miss sometimes, so I normally order more amaebi or hotate. The rolls are also normally pretty solid, not too much rice, so worth your bang for your buck. The service is pretty attentive and fast. I've never had any issues getting refills on tea or wait long for my check. They can get pretty busy but the wait hasn't been longer than 30 min in my experience. So you can just walk around the mall and you'll normally get a text to head back for your table.

Really great food and a great experience for kids. Service was not the quickest but they were responsive once you got their attention. Perhaps our service was different since we sat in the corner. Definitely will be back. Conveniently located and reasonable price for a revolving sushi place. Custom orders took slightly longer but everything was worth the wait.

Really nice staff. Very quickly sat. I liked most of the food but thought the food was better when ordered fresh from the trains. An example would be the temperature of the sashimi was not cold enough but the portion was huge at least for the salmon. Ordered the walu which was better. It’s a fun concept and good when you’re not too hungry.Kid-friendliness: There were several families with young kids who appeared to enjoy the novelty
