Went to Jamba Juice on Smoothie day and did not expect a line into the park lot. The staff was working as efficiently as possibly to get all customers their smoothies which I ended up waiting 30 ish minutes. Once I got inside the speed got even faster. The staff gets a 5/5 especially the sign holders during the event. $4 for 4 smoothies

I just purchased a drink, since it feels very warm inside I decided to sit outside while waiting for my order. Few minutes later when I heard someone from the inside yelling out loud in a very rude way of my order.At this time there were no customer inside and as soon as I walked in the two young male employees and a young female employee were laughing out loud. So I asked one of the young male in the counter if they are making fun of me or they are making fun of what they just did by yelling my order out loud and making fun with it when they can just handed it to me outside? That young men in the counter said, They are laughing because it’s funny. So I asked, is that how you treat your customer here by making fun of them. I asked is that professional or good customer service by making fun of your customers, I and customer’s order. I call it very unprofessional, very rude, bad service and should be reported to the corporate.

I only order 1 drink and I loved it which is the orange carrot twist, but it's ridiculous that this location never have it, I came her 8x and they dont have it. Excuses are its either there's no carrots or the machine to juice it is broker. Seriously take it off the menu!

Employees made degrading comments about my body as they worked. Laughing and not even trying to cover up what they were saying or the fact that there were multiple people in the store. Discrimination and hate based on sex, race, religion, physical presentation, or ability is not only immoral but also bad business practices. I’m not the only person this has happened to. This is why the store is dark and deserted. Update: Jamba Juice has done nothing about this complaint after little over a week since the incident.They have a robot post the “sorry, contact us” post to give the illusion that they actually care about their customers. If you would like to be actively verbally abused come to this location.

Chunky Strawberry without strawberries and failed to tell us, finding out after getting home can be super irritating, banana has a bad taste ???,What’s the point of ordering chunky strawberries without strawberries. So easy to tell the customer you don’t have so you can give an option instead of hiding it. The prices Jamba Juice charges need to reflect the product today was bad!
Went in for a free small bday smoothie. Protein berry workout with soy protein (pretty sure they gave me when protein though since I got a stomach ache within 15 mins of drinking it but I have no proof so I won't dock stars.)+1 star for giving me a medium instead of a small-1 star for it taking longer then nessisary since they prioritized everyone ahead AND behind me (probably since mine was free?)+1 star for apologizing for the wait-1 star sadly for the smoothie tasting like there was no fruit in it at all...+1 star for smiling as I walked in

Very bad customer service , ?treating customers with a bad attitude (melisa) , seems like she doesn't like her job ! And the waffle was stale ! Seems like expired stuff ! ...
Nice workers but not the best drink it was a bit watered-down. I guess when it was originally made the consistency wasn't right so the worker added ice but that didn't make it any better. I had a taste for the new blueberry lemonade so the fact that it wasn't made right was a disappointment.
