Ordered their online website for pick up, ordered 3pc spicy chicken and got original ones instead. Last time they cancelled my pick up order when I was already at store because they ran out of the spicy chicken. They could’ve cancelled before my pick up time.

We tried to order two anniversary special items for $25.00 each, the 12 piece bucket & the three sandwich combo. The app gave a promotional 2 free drinks.Since I was at the serramonte location, I placed the same order and was denied. The cashier wasn't trained to take my $50 and honored the promo.I had to sit my a** down and try to order everything via the app & received an error message four times in a row. So I brought my cell and asked for the manager to enter my order. She was baffled and asked for backup and still couldn't place the order.I asked the manager to honor my order and she said "NO" & I had to use the app. She and her staff couldn't get the mobile order and yet wouldn't allow me the two free items. And to boot, no "spicy" was available.I told the manager that she had to customer service skills to make their customers feel valued or welcomed. Never coming back to this clown runned location, but they don't care!

Almost always busy since it's located inside the serramonte mall food court. This is my top fast food chicken choice in this area. Best known for their filipino style cuisine, the affordable prices and always crispy, flavorful chicken with gravy have always been a winning choice when I'm hungry.

For a chain, Jollibee is not bad at all! I really wanted to try the spaghetti but I don't think it's worth the price. I recommend getting a lot more chicken instead of the spaghetti. I expected a lot from the pie because everyone said it was really good. It exceeded my expectations! I don't know if I would come here often but I will definitely have days when I crave Jollibee.

I had nothing but a positive, albeit simple, experience with Jollibee. With so many nearby choices, my mom opted for some chicken strips from Jollibee and it was a first time for both of us. We waited in a longish line, but it went quickly enough. Friendly service at the counter, beeper given, and maybe a 5 minute wait for food.As stated, she ordered the chicken strips and upon suggestion got the creamy siracha dip to go with. YUM! I was surprised at how tasty it was! Crispy outside, tender inside. Good quick option. Wish I lived closer so I could try other options at Jollibee.

Place is clean. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Food is fresh and delicious. First time for me at this location. Will definitely be back. Food flavoring consistent with corporate taste. Didn’t have to wait long for food to come out. We’ll lit parking lot. Went at 3pm. Parking was tough to find on a Sunday afternoon. No kids meal though at this location. But, who needs a cheap toy when the food is already good? If you haven’t been here give this place a try.
