This is one of my favorite pho places in the bay
This has been our go to Pho for years!!!
Stopped by during lunchtime, and it was pretty busy. Their staff was friendly and the food came out fairly quickly. I got the #2 pho, and the broth was absolutely delicious. The broth was not oily. They definitely took their time to make the pho broth, and they made it with quality ingredients.
I also got a combo a rice plate Togo. I didn't care much for the eggroll. It had too much potatoes or taro for my liking. The fish sause chicken wing was crispy and actually pretty good. The grilled pork was flavorful as well.
I'll definitely be back.
Very average
This is the location we come when we want something quick and light. We usually order: 22b ( chicken and shrimp rice noodle soup),1 (special combo beef steak and brisket, tendon beef rice noodle soup), 35 (grilled pork chop, shredded pork, pork skin over rice),41 ( pork chop and 2 fried chicken wing, egg roll over rice) and 24 (rice noodle with shrimp, fish cake ,sliced pork, ground pork and chicken noodle soup). We also order fresh spring roll with peanut sauce (pork) and Thai ice tea with no boba and lite on ice. Their food is very consistent which is why we come back all the time. Plus it’s so close to Ranch 99. After dinner we go groceries shopping. Win win.
Love the pho here.
Came here for lunch and ordered the medium #15 Tai Gan and a Vietnamese coffee. The broth tasted clean but it was lacking in flavor and there wasn't much meat. The Vietnamese coffee tasted good - they nailed the ice-to-coffee ratio so as the ice melted, the sweetness and bitterness were perfectly balanced.
It’s not bad if you're in the immediate area but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.
It's super fast food. Pho came out in less than 5 minutes. Steak and meatballs a little dry, but broth was good.
Good prices and OK food, service is quick but not always great or friendly. At times tables could be better cleaned and menus are also sometimes sticky. They are very buys though.

This restaurant is disgusting! Not only does it smell like urine inside, but the employees do not even have soap inside of their restroom to wash their hands!
Stay well away and don’t get sick from eating here.

I ordered number 43, yes, I'm not bad, the egg was raw, the dish is 80% rice and the meat has a lot of fat, it's more meat than fat, I actually didn't like it at all.

Back at Pho Huynh Hiep but at their Skyline Plaza location! Menu is the exact same so I opted for their #2 Small per usual. So good & heartwarming!!

Very average, the soup taste is not outstanding, very bland. The most unacceptable thing is the powder itself, which has no chewiness at all, and tastes like it has been soaked in water too much.
