Good prices and OK food, service is quick but not always great or friendly. At times tables could be better cleaned and menus are also sometimes sticky. They are very buys though.

Delicious pho, I enjoy the chicken one when I get a cold or need a good healthy soup.

This restaurant is disgusting! Not only does it smell like urine inside, but the employees do not even have soap inside of their restroom to wash their hands!

Stay well away and don’t get sick from eating here.

I ordered number 43, yes, I'm not bad, the egg was raw, the dish is 80% rice and the meat has a lot of fat, it's more meat than fat, I actually didn't like it at all.

Back at Pho Huynh Hiep but at their Skyline Plaza location! Menu is the exact same so I opted for their #2 Small per usual. So good & heartwarming!!

Very average, the soup taste is not outstanding, very bland. The most unacceptable thing is the powder itself, which has no chewiness at all, and tastes like it has been soaked in water too much.

Really good soups, ordered through doordash

Visited the San Fran area for a couple days. Place is like the classic Pho resto's I'm used to. Got the usual - rare beef, tendon & tripe. Food felt at home. Would def visit again.

Kevin's Noodle House is a mid-tier Vietnamese restaurant that is very popular and an anchor store for this plaza. They have a very good variety of dishes from soup noodles (pho, fat rice noodles and egg noodles) to rice plates and vermicelli bowls. Nothing stands out as unique though. They were really busy on a Friday for lunch with a small line outside. We had the #1, pho dac biet $13, #2 pho dac biet with beef balls $14.25 (L) and a wings $13. Everything tasted fine and the food came out fast. The staff here are hard working and I appreciate their service.

First time being here, crowded space but that's always a sign is a good place to eat. I got a rice plate, and my partner got pho, he said the pho was great. Mines was too, but later that night I got a headache from it. I think it was number 42.

Great pho and shrimp cakes! Everyone i know from daly city refers this as the pho spot. Service is very very fast. Prices are fair. But dont go during weekends because it gets PACKED!

Pho is good, and value is good. Awkward smell when I first sat down, and it turned me off. The smell seemed to come from the dirty floors, or the table itself. I was concerned, but stuck it through because I know they serve a good bowl of Pho.After 5 minutes of acclimating to the smell, it didn't bother me any longer. Maybe it was the specific table I was at only, but the smell was unpleasant & didn't provide me with the most positive ambience. The Pho was really good. The staff who brought me the Pho & helped give me more limes were awesome. The order takers can be really blunt & cold, but that's the nature of this business. You're not there for the service or the ambience. You're there to get a good bowl of soup ?, and get on with your day.

My wife and I have been patronizing this restaurant for at least 4 years!! We always got a great bowl of soup and walked out full!! This last time we went I noticed the portion was cut back for a large bowl of soup at $14.40! What blew me away and still cant conceive this, is that they actually cut their tendon beef balls in half!!!! What kind of a manager would instruct this to their cooks??? Hardly any flank steak and other meat parts. To sum it up ,Im not ever going back!! Unbelievable!! Plenty of noodles joints around to choose from. Just to save some extra pennies this place lost two dedicated customers. Need to practice their customer service instead of pocketing some extra change. Leave it to your discretion, the broth and vermicelli is still tasty!! Raise your prices, but dont cut the portion for more money and leave a dissatisfied customer!
