Half taco bell half KFC. Not a bad spot chicken was fresh and the fries were good too kids loved the nuggets. Took a while to get served and took a while to get extra sauces the staff are either busy or busy looking busy and ignoring the customers. Food was still good though

I've been going here for a long time. This place is clean and has been remodeled. The service from staff is super friendly and fast. I went yesterday, and my dad mentioned a promo that was only available on the app. I placed his through the app and mine in person. Both orders were ready super fast. The lady who took my order told me a steal of a promo they had going on..8 piece meal for $20. Need I say more?
I highly recommend this place, and I love that they have Taco Bell as well. Gotta get my baja blast fix.

Note: I haven't tried this location as of yet but: Strange that on Google search for this KFC when looking at their photos, this is a restaurant for families and they are showing 1 photo which looks like a fight, they need to take that one photo down. Nobody wants to see a photo of someone fighting! REMOVE THAT PHOTO!

Worst chicken I have ever eaten. They must get there chicken that is rejected by people from a country that I won't mention that is known for it's starving population. I haven't eaten at a KFC in over 10 years and was actually looking forward to havening some again. Won't make that mistake again. Didn't see the "dazzling" interior mentioned in other reviews as we picked up in the alley way, I mean drive thru. If the Colonel ever visited this place he would lock the doors and burn the place down.P.S. If I were to give it a realistic rating it would be a NEGATIVE 5
Check your order before you leave the drive through. My order of 24 nuggets was short 12 nuggets but didn't realize the error until I got home and it was too late to correct.

Food is a hit or miss here. Sometimes you get watery mashed potatoes, other times it tastes like plastic. But the customer service has continued to go down. Honestly, I don't even know why I gave it 2 stars

While visiting from Omaha, we stopped to enjoy a nice snack. The raspberry tea and fried chicken were delicious! I will stop by again should I ever be in the area again.

The cashier got my order wrong. I apparently paid $1 more than the order that I originally wanted. So I explained to the manager/supervisor that I was owed a dollar. She took the receipt that the cashier told her that was my order and showed me that I paid $9.99. So as I was eating, I checked my online banking and sure enough I paid $10.98. so I told the manager/supervisor that I was correct. Then she started saying well I'm only going by what was told to me. Well thinking that she is in a position of leadership, it would make common sense that she should have looked at the receipt description of the item rather than assuming that I paid $9.99. I could tell right away she had a small attitude as she went to the back to give me my dollar. As she apologized for my experience, she started to say that she only went by what she was told from her subordinate. She should have checked the receipt to make sure that was the actual receipt for my order instead of insisting that I paid $9.99 passing blame to your subordinates rather than taking accountability for the experience of a customer does not exemplify what a leader/supervisor should be. Since she did try to apologize, instead of me giving a one star I will give this experience a two star.
