The Kfc app showed that my order was ready but my order was not ready and I had to wait there for 20 minutes, it was okay to wait but the employee was very rude
Today I read the comments before going to buy at this branch since I was nearby, I was a little hesitant to go because of the bad comments BUT I want to tell you my experience...the chicken was good, hot, well cooked and with good flavor. The macaroni and cheese was also delicious and what I liked the most is that I told them I wanted only thighs (I ordered 4 pieces of chicken) and they gave me what I asked for so I thought their attention was good...since I've had a bad experience before in other branches.

Contrary to what most of the reviews say on google, this place is not bad. Chicken was decent and mac and cheese is great here. Manager is friendly and seems to really care about his restaurant and customers. He answered my questions enthusiastically and with a positive demeanor.
People just complain about minute details like some of the chicken skin coming off or a missing fork. What do you expect, it's a fast food restaurant after all.
