Chicken was decent and mac and cheese is great here.
Manager is friendly and seems to really care about his restaurant and customers. He answered my questions enthusiastically and with a positive demeanor.
People just complain about minute details like some of the chicken skin coming off or a missing fork.

Most of the time they get my order correct, but 20% they don't. Prices are on the higher side than other tb/kfc locations, they haven't had any KFC chicken deals in a VERY VERY long time. But their chicken is good. Drive thru usually runs pretty smoothly, not usually a very long wait. Staff is helpful & nice most of the time. Parking lot is ok. Public transit is close by. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL TO TELL THEM THEY GOT YOUR ORDER WRONG. I've...
