The prices are much higher now, the service is slow, and they didn’t have warm donuts at 8 a.m. Also, KK is incredibly wasteful. I saw a worker dumping hundreds of donuts, some in their waste area and some left out for the homeless, which is such an atrocious business practice.

The Miss Bismark was very kind to me when serving me, she was very cordial when I was telling her what I needed, and above all she was very patient with me, the donuts were very delicious and my family and I enjoyed them a lot, I will visit Krispy Kreme more often for their great customer service.

6-8-25. Sunday morning 6:35 am No glazed donuts. That's right. No glazed donuts . What a joke! This place should be closed. Drive-thru was closed too
I haven't had Krispy Kreme in a while, so maybe something's changed, but it was worse than I remember. The donuts in the box we bought looked small and flat, and were somewhat mushy in texture. While they weren't bad, they weren't as good as I expected them to be. Maybe we got a bad batch, but even the samples were the same; deflated. I considered the possibility that Krispy Kreme started skimping out on their products, but when I went to their Mountain View location a few days later, their donuts were visibly bigger and tasted better. Even the premade Krispy Kreme donuts they sell at Target looked fine in comparison to the ones we got at Daly City.
So, Krispy Kreme is good, but there was something wrong with this location in particular. Maybe it was a one time thing, who knows? 3/5.
