Not bad if you want Hawaiian but dont wanna break the bank this is your choice most local places overcharge and are subpar to the quality and price these guys offer food is good service is typically fast food quality and the atmosphere is pretty bad dont eat in looks dirty and unsanitary although the kitchen is clearly visible and is clean and well operated so the food is safe just dont dine in

The owner is coo but the food is okay depends who the cook is that day. Last time I went here my katsu was cold and not very good.

Please clean your grill and please check your food safety. That is what is food business standard should be.

Our regular L&L. When we are too lazy to cook, we would ordered the following: mini Bbq chicken or a mini chicken Katsu or mini garlic Basa( yummy) or Spam musubi. These are our favorite. You can’t go wrong with these items. I also order party trays for potluck Christmas luncheon.

Gave the establishment 3 stars because I normally do not have an issue with this location, but this afternoon I did. I called in my order and the woman (Chinese) taking my order was having a difficult time comprehending what I was saying due to a language barrier. Long story short, after I had a family member pick-up the order I noticed all 3 regular plates were WRONG. There was no rice in any of the plates, just a lot of salad with the protein. I told the woman I wanted the macaroni substituted with salads. I didn't tell her to omit the rice! 🤦🏻‍♀️

If you are going to be taking phone orders, make sure the person taking the order speaks and understands English. Your employee messed up my $50 order due to not understanding English. I had to cook rice due to her mistake. How are you going to eat a Loco Moco without rice?!

Great food

Best L&L ever! We tried the one in Berkeley and in Hawaii but this one in Daly City tastes the best. Food is super fresh, hot and crispy. We ate the food before we could take a picture but I recommend the fried fish basa and spam masubi.

😆♥️Kudos to the chef and serving staff. They work nonstop and super fast.

Been coming here for years- Love this spot, there's parking in front or around back the Pet food Express. I recommend calling in if you are taking it to go. Nice staff and good vibes.
