Sometimes the food is good and other times it's really bad. The quality is pretty inconsistent. I would have to say the same with the service. Depending on who serves you sometimes it's nice and other times gross. Even though you're wearing gloves it's disgusting to touch food that you're serving. Hard pass.

I love the foods tastes good, but the only problem is there prices so expensive. The rice one cup is only half cup they will gave you and the others foods there small size is medium size already compared with the other foods store. So very very expensive and small sizes.

‼️‼️DO NOT EAT HERE‼️‼️I was leaving the mall after making a couple purchases and had already been planning to get Filipino food.On the way out, I saw Manila Bay and thought “Oh, how convenient”. I then went ahead and order what I thought was a combo and it turned out it was Ala cart.I then proceeded to ask how much it was for a small cup (a half cup) and a medium cup (a cup) and they proceeded to tell me $9 and $11. I then noticed when they went to get the packing cups, they weren’t the ones being showed or advertised but smaller.I then asked for rice and they gave me half a cup of rice. I asked for a little more and they did a spoonfull.I then went to pay as I was annoyed and they charged me for double rice!To end it, the food wasn’t that great, very oily and staff was rude. Avoid here at all cost!

I went to Manila Bay for some beef stew. They were out so I was somewhat disappointed. The lady that helped me was extremely nice, I didn't get permission to use her name. I asked if they had beef steak. They did! I really love the Asian beef steak. I ordered that and rice. I also got a Coca Cola. They have a lot of really good entrees and desserts. Meat, vegetable, lumpia, adobo, turon, ginataan etc. This is in the food court. The ambiance is out in the open. brightly lit unfortunately. pretty quiet, for which I am thankful. My relative paid for my food! Score! nice conversation and very delicious food! check out the Manila Bay Cuisine if you are at Serramonte Mall.

I visited the food court while waiting for my car to charge, the mall opened at 10:00. The Manila Bay Cuisine was ready for service and I ordered the Sisig (Minced Pork) delicious Pork Jowl, Belly and Ears it’s usually prepared with Calamansi, Onions and Chili Peppers, a side of Garlic Rice and Tinolang Isda(Fish Soup) nice and sour cooked on a light Ginger Broth. Helpful lady will served the meal with numerous Philippine items to choose from.Parking: Serramonte Mall free parking

This was $11. The container that they put in my soup is more for rice than sinigang. The worker shove mostly meat into that container and like two scoops of the sinigang. It was all fat in the meat when I pour it into a bigger bowl. There was only one vegetable.

I ordered spring rolls, they were not good at all . I don't know how long they've been sitting there . Very low quality , cold , taste greasy . But all the ladies who are working there are so welcoming and sweet.
