It’s clean, multiple bathrooms, a nice second floor space with windows looking out to Daly City.
Service was quick for lunch. Definitely use the app to get the best deal. All the seating is hard benches. There are some McDonalds with diner booths that are slightly more comfy, but it’s nice here and the upstairs was surprisingly quiet from 12:30-1pm

The server had an attitude once I cancelled an order. I thought the senior coffee was free but learned it charges. Even if the customer cancels, there should not be an altitude with the server. This is a customer service facility and should be corrected.

VERY POOR SERVICE I ASK THEM AS I WANT MY FOOD AND THEY GIVE THE OPPOSITE! THEY DO IT UNHAUSINGLY, THEY HAVE HURT ME MANY TIMES WITH SUCH AND STOP ATTENDING QUICKLY! IF THEY DON'T LIKE THEIR JOB WHAT ARE THERE FOR?
The employees are kind and smiling, as you'd likely find anywhere, sometimes; however, if you place a curbside order, be prepared to go inside and ask them to TAKE IF OFF THE COUNTER WHERE ITS NICE AND COLD, AND HAND IT TO YOU.....
The problem is short-staffed stores. Quit skimping on labor costs and give stores the help they need, or the money, that y'all are so damn hungry for, won't flow in any more. Take care of your employees and people will come to your store. Look at in-n-out....always a 30car line wrapped around the building.....not McDonald's...

I like going to this location. The food is always fresh and fast. Depending on the time of day. This is one of the places where orders will get held up in the morning because they are waiting for eggs to be cooked for the sandwiches. Sometimes, it sucks but at the same time, at least you know it's fresh, and it's that busy. Service is pretty good as well. They are typically on it if you need something. Most of the time, I just order through the mobile app to save time and get deals.
