When I asked what happened they tried to charge me double ???. The children they had in charge thought it was more important to pretend they didn't understand that they were bait and switching. Sad state of affairs, when a mega corporation has to resort to bait and switching.

Ok, I was not going to write anything on this location but after going to this location a few time and always going thru the drive thru for some reason I open the box to my burger and the burger is a mess. It literally looks like they grab the box and shake it. Its so messy that I have to use a fork to eat it. I have gone to this location multiple time expecting a different result and every single time. Its actually very disappointing I will be going else were from here on.

I don't eat McDonald's myself. My dad wanted a fish sandwich today. It's been many years for himself as well. I thought I would be a great daughter and buy it for him. I have had horrible drive thru experiences at this location before, so I don't come to this location when my niece and nephew wants a happy meal. I hate going inside because ... there's always some bummish person or loud mouth people sitting inside and it's always dirty. Tables are never cleaned. But today, fine whatever. It's the one closest to my house other than the one on Mission (close to Popeyes) and Ocean Ave. Ordered 3 fish sandwiches for him. Only to received 2! Ordered 2 McChickens, one for my mom and I. Buns were burnt. Lettuce was nonexistent, like a few strands. Mayonnaise was leaking out of the burger. Ordered a Large fries but received a small. Didn't realize any of this until I got home. Yes, I should have checked before leaving the line or park at the waiting spots to check. But ... you don't think they would skimp you off like that. I wasn't going to waste my gas and time to go back and complain. Now I know I will NEVER return to this location if my dad or niece and nephew wants McDonald's.

No service inside. Maybe they are short staffed? Everyone is in the back kitchen area or drive-thru window. Napkins, ketchup, and straws are not automatically provided. Check you food before you leave the counter as they have a tendency to leave out an item.The hamburgers I ordered had oil dripping from it. I had to dry them off with at least a dozen napkins. The lady gave me 2 napkins for each request I made. I made 6 trips to the counter to ask for napkins. The waiting time at the counter is at least 5 mins because there are no employees staying in the counter area.This McDonald’s restaurant makes the most sad, depressing burger I’ve ever seen. Eating it made me feel so hollow, or maybe it’s the feeling from my arteries being clogged up with McDonalds high cholesterol food.Parking: Free parking in the lot and on Geneva Ave.

I used to lust for McFlurries, but this branch has ruined it for me. They only stir in the Oreos chunks half deep into the cup, so the bottom half doesn't have any Oreo at all. And they serve it in this tall narrow soda cup that makes it much harder to spoon into than the shorter wider cups. I no longer crave McFlurries, thanks for ruining it for me.

I was waiting for 5 minutes in the damn line waiting for breakfast to no damn response. Then the menu changes and the lady finally responds and I ask for breakfast and she says its not available anymore. She still took my order but when we got to the window they said they didnt do breakfast anymore so I left. Horrible service.
