MOD Pizza

I am not picky with food but I wasn’t prepared for the quality and presentation. I’m always happy when restaurants have vegan options so I ordered a custom vegan pizza. There was little to no cheese the scarcest amount of vegan meat (try and find it in the pictures I added) whole entire garlic cloves and the crust was thinner than a saltine cracker even folding the pizza in two wasn’t thicker than a cracker. I am unsure why the crust is so unbelievably thin and the crust was burnt and the ingredients were so sparse seemed like cutting all the corners possible.

The woman who helped me was amazingly kind, attentive, and helpful, and my pizza was delicious!!

My kids love Mod Pizza. The staff at the Serramonte location are always fast and friendly. I love that you get to customize your own pizza and there are also salad options for those watching their carb intake. I like their variety of unique drinks as well and their No Name Cake is pretty good. Prices are decent and pizza is always good. Bonus is that sometimes they have the kids eat free deal. Clean and quiet location. I’m always a regular.

1977 Pizza Hut is baaaaaaack yay! Mod Pizza has such a Seventies aesthetic... really pleasant super nice employees, fresh delicious ingredients, and probably the fastest bake time I've ever seen. I don't usually eat pizza but was craving it, and Mod did me right. I'm a new fan.

Totally skimpy on your pizza ingredients, sticky floors and dirty tables. Not many customers and I can see why. Side door is blocked now. What's that all about?

Excellent pizza as usual, but even though I was the only costumer by the time I arrived, they rushed me to the register. (I am not an unreasonable person, I know about costumer service).

The employees didn’t know what comes on the menu pizzas and salads so we had to read out each ingredient, which I don’t recall having to do in the past. The one who seemed like he was in charge was on his phone when it was time for us to check out and had trouble staying with us long enough to complete the transaction. The third employee was friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms are closed off, marked as broken. Seems like this isn’t a new thing looking at some other recent reviews.

I also tried to order from door dash multiple times in the last few weeks - the order goes through and then is cancelled automatically by the restaurant a few minutes later. If they can’t handle door dash orders, I would think they could take their listing off there temporarily?

I haven’t had MOD in a while. It is also nurses and teachers week. I’m thankful that MOD is one of the few places that is still celebrating and honoring nurses and teachers. It is also almost my birthday. This combination along with my experience makes this my top MOD location and very memorable. I am thankful for a great experience with this MOD location. Great customer service, patience from workers, and delicious pizzas. I’ll be visiting and recommending for family and friends to come here.

Such a great find for people with allergies, vegan, and other special diets! Delicious too. My daughter had so much fun being able to eat so many vegan things on her pizza.
