I ordered two sandwiches for pickup, a turkey with avocado and a regular tuna. Instead, I got two turkeys (one plain, one with avocado). On top of that, I was charged $36, when it should’ve been closer to $30 with tax.
No receipt in the bag, charges don’t reflect menu prices, no total shown when I paid with Apple Pay, and no chance to catch the mistake until I was already home. The sandwiches were just okay, but between the wrong order and the higher charge, the experience sucked. So many other better places to go to.

I love the sandwiches but the staff are questionable. I've been coming here for years but please be mindful when paying with card here. I've had numerous instances where they try to add extra tip to the total after I've left. Luckily I'm able to dispute the charge because I have receipts showing the actual total. I love supporting local small businesses but this is very unethical to do.

My sandwich was microwaved. It wasn’t advertised as a hot sandwich so I didn’t order it cold. It was soggy, a complete mess, couldn’t be held or eaten like a sandwich. Waste of money and calories. I won’t eat here again.
The place was dirty and it took minutes to be acknowledged when I went in to the empty store.

Seems like they've had to raise prices as everything is scratched out on the menus and rewritten. The sandwich was quite heavy on the meats.
