Excellent!! Moving here from Houston made me so starving for Colombian food near me, aside from making it with mi madre at home. Mr. Pollo was my dream come true!!!! It has everything I've ever wanted! The flavor? Just like Colombia! Warm and comforting? Just like Colombia! The perfect definition of a little hole-in-the-wall of my dreams? Just like Colombia. Very poor customer service, I asked for a paisa tray and immediately a group of people arrived and asked The same thing and the man told them that the tray paisa came with free broth (which was never offered to me) we paid $100 for a tray paisa, a steak and two super small juices, 2/10

Little hidden gem!! Friends and I were staying at a local Airbnb and wanting a quick bite. This place is comfy and feels like you’re eating at a family members house. Food was delicious and the owners are super nice and welcoming. We tried the empanadas and arepas and both were great. To add to the wonderful experience, the owner, Angel and his wife Flor, opened the restaurant early for us the next day so we could have a nice breakfast before an event my group was going to attend. Will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area and I hope they stay in business for a long time. Muchisimas Gracias Parcero!

The girl who works there did not want to take my order, when they always ask for Zelle she did not take it, she hung up on me twice, she agreed to place the order which came out in another 30 minutes when I had already waited 40 minutes and when I arrived to pick up the food , I had nothing. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible cleanliness and not to mention the price... I am Colombian and this restaurant does not represent me nor does it represent the food and customer service of my country. How sad to come from so far away to make not only our culture but the human quality of our people look bad.
The restaurant is very dirty and messy, a juice costs 10 USD, the taste, presentation and size are very bad.
The lady who serves us treated us badly, my husband had ordered a juice but seeing that it was worth 10 dollars, he preferred to order a soda, to which the lady responded "get serious", they handed us metal knives and plastic forks, she brought us Only one and we had to order two more, my friend asked for tomato sauce to which the lady answered “oh neighbor” and reluctantly brought it to him??, they wanted to serve some people who arrived and told them to order in the box and pay in advance. The food hurt us all, what a horrible experience we paid 100 dollars in total to get sick ?

The food was delicious, but nothing out of this world for the absurd prices that have $26 for a plate of food in a place that doesn't even look clean, apart from the tables were dirty and smelled bad. It really seems unacceptable to me. Besides, the waiting time is from another world, we arrived at 11 and they served us the food at 12:17 “freshly made” and it wasn't even hot. The truth is I wouldn't go back, much less recommend going.
I don't recommend it, I wouldn't go back, the squalor is tremendous (it's not a Colombian restaurant, that place is a shame) and the absurd prices for the quality, the first time I feel that despite paying for food, I'm totally disappointed in that place.

If I could give 0 stars it would be perfect, firstly the appearance of the place is too unkempt and dirty, secondly their food is abysmally expensive for what they serve and lastly the quality of their dishes is terrible, bad taste nothing like Colombian food.
