I have Nothing Bundt good things to say about this place. The food items (cakes, mini cakes and Bundtini's) are the best! I always get great service from the staff and the ambiance is sweet when you enter the building (no pun intended!)

I've ordered here a few times ffor the variety bundtinis for bday dinner parties, and it's been a hit because: 1) I don't have to bring utensils 2) I don't have to worry if the place we're going to has a knife to cut anything 3) each person can get their own little mini Bundt cakes 4) the flavors (standard and specialty flavors) are a hit! Ordered online for pickup, and all times have been great.

I ordered two dozen bundtinis for my friend's birthday and also paid for cute toppers. The bundtinis were a huge hit, flavors were amazing, and the cakes were super moist. The crowd favorite was the funfetti flavor! However, for the cost of these pastries and the size of the boxes I had to manage, I could not believe that they did not provide complimentary disposable paper bags to help with transport. Instead, I was asked to purchase a reusable, insulated? bag that I did NOT want to buy because I have no need for more of these bags!! I don't know if this is a franchisee decision or a corporate decision, but either way, it was not good customer service. For how much they charge for these pastries, a bag should be included!

Nothing Bundt Cakes - Daly City Store has the BEST customer service! I called the Milbrae location numerous times and they didn't answer the phone. They also turned off their online ordering two days in a row. I called San Carlos location and they told me that both Milbrae & San Carlos are under same management and that they both did not have any buntini's available. For the next few days. I called Daly City because I needed to order a few dozen for my daughter's soccer team for her birthday treat. They had plenty and was able to complete my walk in order quickly with a smile! The staff at Daly City location is awesome! Store is clean and even though this location is out of my way, I would return because they are clearly the best and have inventory available! Keep up the great work!

Good product; acceptable service. Lots of young kids working here, and they run it shows. Not sure where the management is at, but the kids who operate the join are juvenile and customer service is sometimes lacking, and a roll of the dice. But, the cupcakes are reasonably priced, consistently good, and a crowd pleaser. It's lame that they don't have napkins or any utensils. The occasional coupon is nice.

I came in here bought 5 bundtlets. The girl asked me if I need a bag for $0.50 ? I am beyond distraught and bamboozled. That is ridiculous for a small brown bag !!!! The fact that they don't even offer/provide a fork with the cupcakes which doesn't make sense. What if I want to eat it right away? Smh. They are too much. Small businesses is better than them if you really think about it. At least small businesses offer a free bag and forks. Let a lone multiple forks and bags. Something need to change ! ASAP

I love, love, love this place. Their cakes are always moist and delicious. I have fun trying out their new flavors. And it was a great way to celebrate with my moms daycare. For my husbands bday we ordered the bundtini box with different flavors and the cut them in half so that we could sample all the flavors. It was a wonderful fun time.

After a long day of sitting in the office, these bundtinis were still incredibly moist and delicious. The strawberries and cream were out of this world. The lemon was refreshing. And the chocolate was classic. Great for groups and events or to share with a few friends!
