I got the beef ramen, and it tasted horrible. The soup was alright, but everything else was bad. My stomach hurt right afterwards… It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had yet! Don’t go to this restaurant unless you want to feel lifeless for hours.The reviews are left mostly by people who don’t know the culture, which makes them misleading.

We were here earlier after my mother's funeral, I didn't expect the place was small but all the foods we got us very tasty was handle by 1 person and he serves us well. I don't understand why it's under rated, yeah maybe the parking but everything we got is a good food and the amount of foods was a lot. It's cheap and good food Maybe call a head of time. Thank you will definitely come back here. Forgot to take a picture because we are all hungry

My friends and I have been coming here to eat sushi for years. the prices are affordable, the sushi is bomb and the customer service is amazing. this place holds many great memories and i hope to keep coming here for many more years :)

Never go here for sushi. I got food poisoning after eating sushi here. And their sushi tastes horrible. Maybe the other items are good. I haven't tried the bento box. And they are using old meat, you can tell. The other sushi reviews are real. I thought I'll give them a chance as it was on the way, but don't wanna eat any Sushi for the next month because of the horrible taste

The katsu tonkotsu is by far the best ramen. The noodles are amazing and it has a fantastic broth The leaves a lime taste and leaves you full for the rest if the day amazing. ?

I hate to lower down the rating but the past few times I've gone here during Covid times, quality has gone down hill. I usually order cooked rolls here and ehh. Service is still good but man I wish they can improve their food like before.

Not sure how the place got so many high reviews. I came here cause I had to drop off a car for maintenance at City Toyota. They are are small storefront next to Tselogs. You go in, order at the counter and they will bring you your food. The three of use had Bento Boxes. I ordered the Beef Teriyaki Bento with, mix tempura, and California rolls. You also get a Miso soup with it. The portions are of your average Bento in the city of San Francisco. The Miso soup is your average commercial miso and nothing to rave about. The beat was a bit thin, I would say it's about 2x thicker than hot pot meat. The California roll contained the artificial crab meat stick. They didn't handle the crab meat like other sushi places would. There's no flavor to it. If you are in the area and just need food then this place is inexpensive. My Bento cost $13.
Haven't been here in years. Heard they had a new owner, so I had to try it out. It feels like this place hasn't change a bit. Everything I ordered (California roll, Tonkastu, Shrimp Tempura, and fried Philly roll) was on point and very tasty. I'll be coming back forsure!

Following my addiction of Japanese Curry, I went in to try their curry. I ordered the Chicken Curry Katsu. The staff was very friendly and nice. The wait was not very long and it didn't feel like 15-20 mins. The prices for their curry was on the lower end compared to other restaurants who offer curry. Portion sizes were good and was able to fill me up just right. The Chicken Curry Katsu itself was very delicious. Definitely would go back to this place and try out their other food options on the menu! 10/10 would recommend.

I have to say I was impressed with the quality of the food. Portion sizes were good not to much and talked to the owner while we were eating. Teriyaki Sauce was on point and I like the ginger salad dressing.

Dined in with my family and we ordered a Salmon Skin Hand Roll, Dragon Roll, Lion King Roll, Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings, and Tempura Udon. This is one of the worse Japanese restaurant we've experienced based on the food we ordered in a long time! The Salmon Skin Hand Roll was sprinkled salmon skin which was quite odd -- usually strips of salmon skin. There was barely eel on top of the Dragon Roll and the 'crab' inside this roll and the Lion King Roll was 'chalky' and dry. The 'crab' texture was quite odd from the quality we're used to. The chicken wings and tempura was heavily battered (some people might like that) but didn't taste right to me. I came here with an open mind even though I read thru the okay reviews from other Yelpers but after trying out a few dishes -- I know we won't be returning.
