Our party of four had the fried Calamari appetizer, two orders of Joe's Special with Mushrooms, a Dungeness Crab Louie, and a Calamari Dore. Joe's special was a very generous portion, moist and delicious. My two friends barely finished half of their orders and took the rest home with them. My other friend had the Calamari steak with lemon caper sauce. She told me it was very tender and cooked just right. My Crab Louie had a generous scoop of fresh Dungeness crab, sliced avocado, hard-boiled egg, halved cherry tomatoes, and cubed cucumber. It was delicious as well. Our server was Jeremy, and he provided us with outstanding service, discreetly checking on us from time to time and being attentive without being cloying. We had a wonderful meal and a wonderful time. We will always be back. Original Joe's of Westlake never disappoints.

Our lunch at Original Joe's Westlake was great, We celebrated a 90th birthday. Our table was exactly as requested concerning seating and space needed, and it was ready on time. Our server was professional, friendly, excellent. Our meals came out quickly, but we were allowed to relax and take our time to enjoy them. Meals were plentiful in portions and our extras were packed up for us to take home. A special mini buttercake with candle was brought to our celebrant. We had a wonderful celebration at Joe's. The only hard part was that we are all seniors and the noise level was difficult for us. On top of all the loud conversations, music was being pumped in over speakers - this doubled our hearing problems. The decor was lovely. the table/seating was comfortable. Because we had an early reservation, we arrived when there were still parking spaces available. The lobby is airy and open. The hostess was friendly and helpful. We plan to enjoy Original Joe's Westlake again soon. We all highly recommend a meal at Joe's.
