This review is for the recent customer service I received. Yesterday I had a order/delivery issue and Outback helped me resolve the problem. Carter, who I believe is a manager, was so kind and helpful. Thanks again Carter! Having said that, Outback is one of my favorite places to eat! The Kingsland Pasta is my current obsession. I have it delivered, and and the whole meal is ALWAYS cooked to perfection and travels well. I warm it just a bit and the steak and chicken remains tender, and pasta is delicious. I highly recommend.

Well it was Valentine's Day and the wait was a hour long , but yes it was surly worth the way had a wonderful waiter that gave us top notch service and the food was cooked perfectly totally recommend this place 👌

We visited on the spur of the moment. Customer service was excellent. There wasn't a crowd, it was sparsely occupied. Our drinks, appetizers and main course were good. One suggestion just a tad more salad dressing to cover most leaves after the salad is stirred. The bone is prime rid and was prepared just fine.

Very disappointed, I tried Outback in LA and loved it! Came to the one here and was very dissatisfied/disappointed. First i ordered a 6oz sirloin and lobster side of Mac and cheese and loaded potatoes the steak was extremely small almost looked 3-4oz and lobster was too small ordered the same dish & size in LA and the portions were way bigger. Mac n cheese was not the same not sure if each location changes the recipe but it was too bland. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of this location to show the comparison but I was so disappointed with the food it didn’t occur to me My husbands loaded potatoes was missing the skin along with the cheese and bacon. And the chicken sauce was way too salty. Lastly I go to pay said Apple Pay the server said she can take the card number to input she later comes saying that her manager maxed out the amount of times to put in a card digitally.. she said I can Zelle her I think this is a very unprofessional way to handle the situation I have to now block the number so she won’t have any of my info. Very disappointing not coming back to this specific location a very expensive meal not worth it at all

If you get tired of waiting at Koi Palace, walk next door to Outback Steakhouse. Place is fairly open and quiet if you want to have a decent conversation. Steak and food are consistent and they were nice to help us celebrate a birthday. I think they invented the blooming onion. If you read about Outback Steakhouse, you find out it’s actually American! It’s interesting to read about how they founded this chain.
