Coffee for me is the best! But sometimes the final product depends on the barista in turn. Only one time they messed up my order. It is usually on time and what I’ve ordered. I think they should have a warmer or something to keep hot the online orders.

My last visit… man!!! the barista lady had so much attitude, understood that they are busy on the weekends and with their prices they should have two baristas at busy hours… not a nice experience, good coffee not good service.

Not really fan of peets coffee but i like they maple scones so i went today to get one with my Starbuck coffee and they didn’t have i but cashiers wen crazy attitude on my like is my fault they sold out i didn’t even say anything just looking at other options and she was just bubbling words like what i had to ask her but you not mad at me right she say not but then she change her attitude really bad cus it’s reflecting other people job

I've been going here on and off for a few years. The location isn't really on the way to the work, so I'm not able to go here as often. My drinks are always on point here. People who work here are super nice and helpful. I love the guittard brownie, especially since the chocolate is made here locally in Burlingame. I had it not warmed up, and it was heaven. It's chocolate and not too messy. One of my go-to drinks is the black tie.

I am a tourist from Korea. I visited with my sister and daughter around 5pm today and ordered two macha latte and two drinks. As soon as I returned to my place with the drink I ordered, the drink fell to the floor. When I was very flustered, the staff reassured me that it was nothing special, organized it neatly, and made a carriage latte again. I was really impressed by the warm kindness. I'd love to visit San Francisco if I have the opportunity.
