This popeyes always manages to mess up my order. The food is great but I seriously haven’t had one time where they didn’t forget something or put something I didn’t ask for in my sandwich.

I ve been here for long time but today the girl so meant to me , I spent almost $100 dollars but ask couple ranch sauce and she told me 25cents each , I don’t mind to pay but every time they very nice give me free but today the girl made me crazy and I never come back

The food let's not talk at first everything was good but now everything is horrible

I have been coming to this Popeyes location since it opened. The food is always tasty. There are deals to be found if you download the app

I was there a couple days ago. I had the pleasure of being helped Derrick was working the drive through line. His level of customer service reminds me of how things used to be. He was polite, kind, and cordial. Very nice!! Stop by this location and get the best customer service. He is not the only employee that has been kind. It seems like they know how to pick 'em.

It's ridiculous how expensive chicken is these days. There's no reason why a 3 piece Chicken Strip meal cost $17.50

Ordered online. Only drive-thru open. Took maybe 15ish minutes of waiting till it was my turn to pick up the food. Get to the window only to be told to wait in the parking lot for 9 minutes and GET BACK IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE. I was baffled. The line was out the parking lot by that time.

I was also offered the option to just walk back up there to the drive thru pickup window, which seemed rather dangerous at night. This was rather frustrating. Won't be coming to this locatoon again. I am writing this from the nearby 7/11 parking lot cause the popeyes parking lot is full of cars waiting for the drive thru.

Know that if you are here for drive thru, itll take at least 30 minutes to get your food even if you do mobile ordering. Understaffed is one thing, but having me wait in the drive-thru lane for 15 min only to tell me to come back in 8 minutes is blasphemous. No apologies or anything. Would never recommend this place.

Menu misleading. 8 piece was like KFC. Thought it was chicken strips and EXPENSIVE. Not very good either meat fries & biscuits

2 concerns, first is the website for the Popeys in Daly City unsure if it's a Google or the website for Popeyes issue but can't get to the page, please check and fix. 2nd is the food I got from the drive thru, I think it was the 3rd or 4th time getting food here and didn't have any issues at those times. I was using a coupon for x2 chicken sandwich combo meal the sides I chose was coleslaw and for the drink I got x2 strawberry tea and when I got home to eat the coleslaw was super cold like it came out of the freezer and the strawberry drink was warm with no ice. I will have to call them to comment on my concerns but will still go there it may have just been a fluke in timing?.

Parking: drive thru after saying your order you will need to make an immediate left for the order pick up otherwise you will end up exiting out of the restaurant.

Hello Family we decided to stop by Popeyes.Was going to go inside but it took a little long so we ended up going to the drive-through. The drive-through was way quicker. The service was great.
