Rena gave us the best service I've ever got at an all you can eat and even for regular restaurant standards. Will be coming back soon. Lunch is definitely well worth it!

Nice hot pot place with lots of options for all kinds of yummy combinations of great flavors and textures.

Usually come to here cause it convenient and quick to eat. Price is about average with most hotpot places.

Why I gave it 1 star ? Well before when it first open it was pretty good for all you can eat and got the meats pretty fast. Now this time I went. They only brought 3 rounds and don’t check on the table to bring the meat orders out. They purposely limit you to 6 items of meat. Disappointed with the service and them holding back and skimping on the meat orders.

Came with my lady and 3 other friends. They notice the meats were taking for ever to come and placing more orders.
Also updates- no more refill for fountain beverages. Clear sign they are trying to up charge for soda.

Definitely will not be coming back and if I do I’ll avoid it. I’ll start recommending other places and other suggestions to my friends.

Great spot to take the family and have a big meal. Very tasty hotpot place.

Great food, tons of sauce options, macaron station, beer area, larger seapot location, versus the san mateo one. Plenty of parking. Location is where the old Moonstar was [rip moonstar]

Not great. The chairs were really clunky in the private room and it just didn’t feel like a nice establishment. I also think they waaaay undercut you on the meat quality because it didn’t taste that great and made my stomach hurt. Service was pretty good though.

Yummy! Love the conveyer belt, keeps the good going. Wish it was a little cleaner, I don't think they wiped down my table before they sat us down. Other than that yummy food and great service. Make sure to book a time! Lines are long.

I think the food was the saving factor for this place. I normally don't leave bad reviews, but everyone was completely disappointed in the service. We had only 3 (6 to 3 meat per set)orders of meat for a party of 8. We were hoping to order more but by the time we got our last set was 25mins later and then we were bombarded with a casual threat of being charged extra if we did not leave due to the reservation being here but our waitress never let us know of our 30mins remaining timeline and just dropped off the check after taking the order of meat. This would have been a non-issue had we been checked on more frequently (pockets of lul where we were just sitting waiting for our waitress and our soup boiling low). Since we were a party of 8, gratuity is automatic, but that does not excuse the lack of presence for our table. Our water jug was never refilled until the last 5 minutes despite us asking 30 minutes prior. Atmosphere at the time was barely busy for her side.

We were glad not to upgrade to the wagyu premium because I'm sure we would have only gotten one round and never see her again. 400+ for a party 8 is not worth it.

The food was great. The service from Hailey was top notch. Never had a chance to want for anything. She could give a class in customer service. A few other servers helped her out but she was on top of everything.

Delicious and fun! Very noisy and smelly, but that's because everyone is cooking flavorful food at their tables.

Great option if you have a group that likes to share but doesn't always like the same thing. One dining partner got the spicy broth because he is the only one who likes spicy, a picky dining partner can get chicken broth and just put chicken and noodles in it.

But everyone can share proteins and grab stuff off the conveyor belt. There are super plain/familiar items for a white American palate, like various noodles and broccoli and tofu. There are also more exciting options like snails and congealed blood cubes and things I couldn't identify.

I do wish the items on the conveyor belt had identification tags so I could know what I was taking. The congealed blood cubes looked like chocolate!

Food was good, lots of selection n sauces. Need to refill the small desserts more n offer ice cream. Still need to try the bbq.

Great place. Went for lunch on Saturday. Food was top notch. The service was the best I have had in a long time! The kindest waitress, Nan, took the time to not only serve and help us cook, but she got to know us with friendly conversation! Incredible staff. Highly recommend.

I love this food chain especially the one in San Mateo. However, this actual location was a bit too Smokey and cut our stay short.
