Sheng Kee has a lot of locations throughout the bay. Their buns are OK and tend to run on the smaller side. I do like how they open early at 7am and have warm pastries. Today I got ham & egg bun $2.75, Vietnamese sandwich $5.85, bbq pork flick $2.55 and 2x chicken pie $2.25. They were OK, not great. The worst was their version of a "Vietnamese" sandwich.
I've been going here for years now. I usually go here when I'm craving Taiwan Toast, bbq pork bun, cocktail bun... just to name a few. The place is always well kept and clean. You're greeted right away upon entering.

Visit this bakery at Westlake Shopping Center to get wonderfully tasty pastries (both sweet & savory) and cakes. Teas, coffee and boba are available as well. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions. You can also order cakes for occasions. The prices are very reasonable and you certainly get your money's worth. Additionally there is a small seating area for you to sit and enjoy your scrumptious purchase.
