We have dined in for a few times…food is good…price is reasonable…service is bad especially the main cashier…bad and rude attitude to customers and even her own colleagues…we gave it a few chances but every visit was just the same…very uncomfortable environment…will never return again

good food and good price, but the service is terrible, they want the tips but do nothing, I can not seat the seat i want, just because that seat is too far and not easy for them to clean up, the lady called 阿嫦 is very rude, why the owner keep this kind of peroon work here? this is used to my favor restaurant, but the service make me very unhappy.

Got takeout from Skyline Cafe! We got two really similar orders, one is a pork cutlet over rice and the other is a chicken cutlet over rice. I love their tomato sauce and mixing it with rice. My boyfriend also got their chicken soy sauce chow mein!

If you're familiar with hole-in-the-wall Chinese cafes, this is it! The place is not that large so isn't great for large parties. But they do have 2 seating rooms. So if you don't mind sitting apart, they can certainly house a group of 20 people.
The staff there consists of a lot of familiar faces. We have been going here for YEARS. They all recognize us and are very nice. Your mileage may vary if you are new to their restaurant. But after a few visits, they treat you like family.
The food is very well-priced. Portions are huge and they have a happy hour menu with a lot of yummy things to choose from.
During dinner hours, they tend to be busy with dine-in and take-out. So be prepared to wait a little longer than the usual few minutes for your dishes. But definitely worth the wait if you want home-y Chinese foods.

On Saturday, July 13, 2024, My father and I were kicked out of this restaurant for NO reason at all. The time was 9:57pm when I paid for our dinner. Older woman (possibly owner or manager) verbally abused my father by saying that it will take time to count the change. I told the lady that my father is a regular customer and because of that we are as well. I told the waitress behind the counter that I am not a confrontational person. Waitress couldn’t even look at me (possibly because she felt embarrassed by the whole situation.) Not only did I not pay a tip (due to poor customer service), I made it clear that I will NEVER go back to that location.

They probably used msg but which isn’t a big deal, but the biggest issue is how they cheat on customers. They charged a gratitude for party of 4 or more when I came here with a party of 5 ( 3 adult and two kids) and the prices are cheap but they put a 18% gratitude on the bill ( it’s also really small and on the bottom so you won’t see it clearly) and then ask for tips. Another story that I heard was that a party paid in cash of 60 dollars on food worth of 42-45 dollars and the lady at the register ( who is owner or family member of an owner) said that the party was only paid 45 and so no change, so they didn’t get proper change back. This is why a lot of people stop coming here because of their shady practices. Everyone should fill a report to the BBB to get this place shut down

This is a good place for Chinese a la carte dishes. Most people do take out as the restaurant is small and therefore not such a great place to dine in, BUT if you are just doing casual or don't want to take out, there are small and large tables available for dine in. This place is the equivalent of an American diner. The food is good, it's cheaper than regular restaurants, and the service is "on-call" basis. Cash is the payment form here, so be prepared, your Diners Club card is not accepted here. It's my goto place for quick lunches and hearty take out dinners.....try the 3 item a la carte meals (usually dinner @ $34.99) which will provide soup and rice enough for 4 people.
