I had recently tested positive for covid. Thusly I decided to take advantage of my situation to order in every place I’ve been wanting to try and enjoy the food while my taste buds were still operational. I ordered an appetizer and two entrees to get the most of my Doordash. The Roti I received was burnt but quite flaky and buttery. Additionally the restaurant forgot to include peanut sauce with the order. The Fried Rice was a welcome change to the disappointment that was the roti. The dish was delicately flavored with an excellent rice texture. However more tofu and vegetables would be nice to add more texture. It also would have been preferable to have an option on Doordash to make the dish spicier. I made do with extra chili flakes from my pantry.

We (a 21st century group of young adults) ordered a diverse selection of menu items and all of them were yummy yum yum in my tummy tum tum. The large portions were also pleasing to me. Huzzah for this place!

Very long time to wait till you get your order. The woman is super rude, too. Will never ever give it a second chance.

Nice ppl , just very messy store, looks like a garage in the back half of the store and a bit expensive for a donut shop

Was craving some Vietnamese ice coffee and ended up getting a sandwich and pad see ew haha, but it was all delicious! The pad see ew had a Lil kick to it but the flavor and sauce were legit. The combination Bahn Mi sandwich was packed with ingredients and didn't skimp on the meat so it was good. As for the coffee... it was STRONG. The guy that made it said it would help me wake up and he delivered, lol. I for sure would recommend this spot and they made everything quick.

The portions are large, but the food lacks flavor. Easy to adjust that by putting a proper amount of spice or sauce on the food.

Went to pick up my 5 viet sandwiches, got back to work, and opened it up. I usually don't investigate my food before consumption but something didn't look right. Clearly, you can see it's mold. All 5 of the sandwiches had mold. I told all my coworkers to stop eating it. I called them back stating my sandwiches had mold. A woman apologizes and said we can order something else or they can make the sandwiches again. I said I'll take the sandwiches because at this point, 30mins of my 1hr lunch is gone. I decided to bring this sandwich back as proof. It seems the cashier didn't really believe me because he said he received the bread delivery yesterday. So it's fresh. Okie. 2nd attempt.....with 10mins of my lunch hour left the bread was not moldy. Did it taste good? Yes. Will I go back? Extremely hesitant. Did I get a free can of soda? No. I got nothing but my 5 now NOT moldy sandwiches back and much time wasted.

The food is barely edible and if I wasn't starving, I wouldn't have been able to eat this. First time I've ever left so much food on the table and didn't feel like doggie bagging any of it home! Did the main chef quit or have the day off?? All of the dishes taste like they put straight up white sugar in everything -- horrible -- taste like it was made by someone who is just learning how to cook! Please look at my pictures posted!! What's most upsetting is I feel like we got the bait and switch for almost every item -- just look at the picture on the menu vs the actual item we got -- who cooked this?? $11.99 for each dish except the sandwich -- and seriously, can make a better version of this sandwich at home. #21 Cha kroeung is supposed to be a Cambodian dish and after googling to find out what this was, I was really looking forward to tasting this -- sad disappointment of tough beef slivers with a low quality brown sauce! I'm actually being kind to bump up to 2 stars because the service was polite and prompt. The area is a little sketch and metered parking was a little difficult. The restaurant itself takes up a large space and there's lots of indoor seating but there were no other patrons besides us. I have to wonder who is giving this place such high ratings. $47.70 total bill. I feel duped.

an average Chinese cuisine take on Thai food. Similar to a number of Japanese restaurants.

I have a lot of faves on their menu. Can't fail with a banh mi and a boba.

As much as I wanted to give this place a good review to give their business a chance but then, I would be lying. The food was pretty bad. We ordered beef curry that tasted flowery and sweet, pad thai w/chicken that was super sweet and sticky with a few pieces of chicken and basil fried rice that was also extremely sweet, oily and the rice was sticky-not the fried rice I expected. Seems the theme here was pour loads of sugar on all the entrees. The beef on the fried rice and curry was pretty tough to chew. I should've known that the experience would be bad when there was only 1 person eating and she almost didn't touch her soup when she left. The only positive thing I can say was that the service was just ok. Definitely wont be coming back.

I liked the boba that I ordered. The taste is on point and the boba is soft and chewy. The meal is another story, it was too oily and tasted kinda old. I think the meat they used was fried more than once so it turned hard and dark. I was very disappointed. The staff was nice and friendly but was hardly around . You have to get up from your table to call them if you need to order more or get the bill. Most of the time they are in the kitchen. The door bell was ringing the whole time that I was there eating my meal. It was very annoying. They should adjust that so it won't be on every 2 minutes. I think the dining area should be updated for a better dining experience. They should also focus on the quality of the food. Service needs to be more available. The prices are reasonable. I parked on the street at front with a meter. Parked for about an hour. I don't know if I'll be back.

Honestly was so surprised how amazing the food was here from this unassuming restaurant. It's located at the top of the hill in Daly City. Parking wasn't too bad (but Google Maps did lead us to the wrong location). Inside the restaurant was empty with tables spread pretty far apart. We ordered the pad kee mao, bbq pork banh me, bbq pork chop with noodle soup, chicken wings, and papaya salad. The papaya salad was really fresh and with lots of vinegar. The chicken wings were simple and well made. The noodle soup was plain but we actually loved the simplicity of it. We really enjoyed the noodles in it. The sandwich was also really full and the bread was nice and crispy. The pad kee mao was the perfect level of spice for us and probably the best we've tried. We were really impressed by the portions of everything for the low prices. We definitely want to come again and try their other foods!!
