I called to ask if I can dine in with my service dog, they asked how big my service animal and they declined when they heard that my service dog is a little bit on the bigger side. They’re not educated enough about how it works. They asked for my PWD card to confirm which is against the law. They can only ask 2 question, is he a service dog and what it can do for me.
These people are ignorant and unprofessional. Not highly recommended!!!!

Good quality sushi and sashimi. Cuttlefish is nicely cooked too. Service is casual and adequate. It’s a strip mall casual restaurant atmosphere.

We arrived on Saturday afternoon. I have to say that a waitress named Irene who was working at that time was very unprofessional. Because we heard her colleagues call her like that and served us the wrong meal. When we wanted to ask questions, her attitude was very impatient. Maybe she is not suitable for the service industry.

We came here for lunch, and the food was actually really good — especially the sashimi and ramen! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
Most of the staff were very friendly and polite, which made a good first impression. However, one waitress (I think her name was Hazel) had a noticeably bad attitude. She didn’t clear our plates after we finished eating and seemed impatient when we tried to ask for help. It felt a bit uncomfortable, even though everyone else was great.
Overall, the food is worth trying, but the service could definitely be more consistent. I really hope the manager can work on improving staff attitude and customer service — this place has a lot of potential to be excellent.

I ordered a bento box. parts of my rice were stale and I couldn’t eat it whatsoever. Also they included the tip in the final purchase, to which, they included a 11 dollar tip and the server didn’t even do anything special to warrant a tip, the server didn’t even extend a courtesy. Overall very disappointed in this restaurant and I’m never returning.

Went in for happy hour and was not disappointed, you get 20% off your order(not including alcohol) got the 3 item bento box with karage, mix tempura, and salmon sashimi. Definitely going to come back to try some rolls

We arrived around 7 PM to eat, but our experience with the server was the worst we've encountered in the Bay Area. We waited at the entrance for a table, and the waitress gave us a cold stare and continued to serve food without acknowledging us. Despite hoping to give her a chance, we waited for 11 minutes, and she kept turning away instead of seating us. We will never go back there again. There are many restaurant around. That’s kind of attitude and feeling we will avoid at all costs.
Great service but unfortunately the food was mediocre at best. The tuna was low quality and the salmon was tough. The rolls tasted fine but weren’t easy to eat over all. We wanted to love this place since it’s so close, but it’s basically grocery store sushi for a premium price

This is our regular Japanese restaurant that we come regularly. I usually order unagy fried rice, veggie dragon and caterpillar to share. My husband usually order a bento box with chicken karaage and beef teriyaki while mom would have a bento box of salmon teriyaki and chicken teriyaki. It’s always good. Considering we are regulars, the waitress was very surprised when we ordered the following. Today we ordered veggie tempura (yummy), miso ramen, honey tonkatsu ramen, and mother ordered Charshu ramen. Not bad. Soup was not salty and it was enough.

Wanted to have a lite dinner. We ordered: tempura morí, caterpillar roll to share, Charcui ramen, spiral ramen, tempura udon, vege ramen, and chicken don. Not bad. The soup was not salty. Portions was just right. We all finished our dinner and appetizer.

Felt like noodles. We ordered: Seafood Ramen, Miso Ramen and bento boxes. We shared: Tempura Miro and Caterpillar Sushi. Yummy.
Pretty solid sushi rolls. They have lunch specials and Bento boxes. Service is fairly quick also.

I ordered a bento box with chicken teriyaki to go. It was horrible. My chicken was missing teriyaki sauce, the chicken tasted very rubbery and the salad dressing tasted like it was spoilt. I suggest to not eat here.
