This is our regular Japanese restaurant that we come regularly. I usually order unagy fried rice, veggie dragon and caterpillar to share. My husband usually order a bento box with chicken karaage and beef teriyaki while mom would have a bento box of salmon teriyaki and chicken teriyaki. It’s always good. Considering we are regulars, the waitress was very surprised when we ordered the following. Today we ordered veggie tempura (yummy), miso ramen, honey tonkatsu ramen, and mother ordered Charshu ramen. Not bad. Soup was not salty and it was enough.

Wanted to have a lite dinner. We ordered: tempura morí, caterpillar roll to share, Charcui ramen, spiral ramen, tempura udon, vege ramen, and chicken don. Not bad. The soup was not salty. Portions was just right. We all finished our dinner and appetizer.

Felt like noodles. We ordered: Seafood Ramen, Miso Ramen and bento boxes. We shared: Tempura Miro and Caterpillar Sushi. Yummy.
Pretty solid sushi rolls. They have lunch specials and Bento boxes. Service is fairly quick also.

I ordered a bento box with chicken teriyaki to go. It was horrible. My chicken was missing teriyaki sauce, the chicken tasted very rubbery and the salad dressing tasted like it was spoilt. I suggest to not eat here.

I went yesterday 02/23/2025 at around 12:10pm. I felt disrespected that the server named Eva asked me if I am already finished eating when I haven’t done with my meal yet. They should be training their staff to be courteous and possess a sense of timing

I like the variety that Spiral offers. My favorites are the 3 item bento. Tonkotsu ramen and the nabeyaki udon. The staff is really nice and the restaurant has a comfortable feel to it.

The shrimp and veggie tempera over rice with the side of tempera sauce was really good. Delicious! My only complaint is the unswept floors. Otherwise, great atmosphere. Great service. The miso soup is delicious too!

We ate a birthday dinner here recently, and it was superb. I thought the sushi was beautiful . One of my friends had a noodle soup, and two of the others had sort of a bento mixture. It is a rather noisy Place however and the service is somewhat rushed. I would gladly go there again for the excellent sushi.
Despite the restaurant having only four tables occupied (not busy), it was incredibly difficult to get the attention and service of the staff. One server in particular, an Asian woman with half-tied hair, stood out for her consistently impatient attitude. She never approached our table proactively to check if we needed anything, which made the service truly subpar.
Her tone, facial expressions, and demeanor conveyed a sense of irritation, almost as if I owed her a fortune. When we tried to signal for a tea cup, she seemed to deliberately ignore us and walked further away.
Considering the prices of the food here, I expected a STANDARD level of customer service. However, our table piled up with six empty plates without anyone bothering to clear them. The staff members stood by the front desk or kitchen entrance, maintaining their distance from customers and neglecting to refill ginger, water or tea.
I recommend that the management either improve staff training to enhance service quality or hire more professional servers. Thanks to this employee's "EXCELLENT" service, I won't be returning to this establishment again.
